EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE PERFECT VACATION! Our lake home has it all; Deep water dock, swim ladder, 4 bedrooms, ( 3 with Queen Beds and 1 with King Bed ) 4 full baths ( 1 with each bedroom) and 2 1/2 baths in a beautiful 5000 sq. ft. home situated on 1+ acres in the highly desirable lake and golf community.

We have a beautiful 25' Pontoon available for rent or bring your boat with you; we can accommodate a boat and 3 jet skis at our dock There is also a public ramp nearby!

Your vacation home features over 1600 Sq.Ft. of decks and patios across the entire lakeside of the house complete with sun and shade. There is a beautiful separate outside bar complete with full size fridge, TV, ice maker, lounge chairs, music, and fans to cool you down even on the hottest summer days.

The deck and patio are perfectly equipped with lounge chairs, outside dining tables and a side covered porch. Enjoy your vacation in our lakefront GAME ROOM complete with a 2nd kitchen, pool table, video games, TV ,stereo and wine cooler.

Lakefront family room has soaring cathedral beamed ceilings and large screen TV. We provide Dish TV in the family, game room and master bedroom, movie collection, music CD's, whole house stereo, propane grill, ample parking (RV's welcome) , golf course neighborhood, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby!!

The lakefront master suite provides you a wonderful Queen size bed and Jacuzzi tub. The master suite also has a private entrance opening to the deck offering you the opportunity to relax with a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning or to have a romantic late night.

Fantastic Lakeside Retreat

My wife and two children stayed at the house for Mother's day weekend. It far exceeded our expectations. Purvis was fantastic to work with, and very accommodating. The house was pristine in every way. The pontoon boat was a wonderful addition to an already great experience. I highly highly recommend this property.

Great house, clean, modern, a lot of fun. Beautiful grounds, great kitchen and grill. Nice pool table. close to tons to do. Caught a 4lbs bass off the dock! Looking forward to returning, would highly reccomend. Purvis was great to deal with.

An Awesome Family Retreat

My family and I stayed at this Lake Norman home for my daughters wedding in Charlotte. We were all from out-of-state and decided to try a vacation rental. It worked out great. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, there was plenty of room for the family to gather for conversation and eating. The outdoor area was fantastic. It had everything you would need. The view was beautiful as well as the grounds. The house was not lacking in anything; space, comfort, amenities, views, and outdoor living space. It was an easy ride to Charlotte for all the wedding festivities. I would recommend this beautiful home for any kind of stay, and the owner was great to deal with.

This was our first time visiting Lake Norman. We decided to bring our boat up from FL to enjoy a week of fishing, wake boarding, and relaxing. We couldn't have been more pleased, however, it all started with the service received from the owner of this property. From recommendations to local restaurants, attractions, and property accommodations....all were 5 star caliber.

The location is ideal as it sits within a quiet cove on the central portion of the lake with easy access to both the north and south end. The house is impeccably clean with all accommodations needed (washer/dryer, lake maps, local restaurants - even surround sound, a gym, pontoon boat, etc.)

We were arriving a little early on our check in day so the owner got extra help to have the house ready for us a few hours early!

Highly encourage and recommend anyone visiting Lake Norman to consider this property.

Everything we read regarding this property was true and even more than we expected. The photos do not due it justice. It was impeccably clean and well maintained. Our grandchildren exhausted themselves swimming for hours, even if it rained. The fishing was great, our son prepared the catfish just right, it was delicious. The owner was very nice and helpful, a pleasure to meet he and his wife.
I highly recommend the Birkdale mall area, lovely, and one of the best restaurants we have eaten in a while...................eez fushion, right in Birkdale mall
I would recommend this property to families and couples alike
