3 Story - 3 Bedroom, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, game room, loft , sleeps 10

This beautiful cabin is located at the top of Chair 1. Ski during the day and then relax in hot tub enjoying the amazing view of the red Utah Mountains. This cabin offers 3 bedrooms, Master has wood burning fireplace (king size bed), 2nd bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, the loft offers 2 full size futon beds. The game room is equipped with ping pong table, Foosball, darts and a flat screen TV. Family room has wood burning fireplace.

Brian Head is located Southern Utah and offers some of best light powder skiing. Excellent family skiing with a mix of runs from beginner slopes to Black Diamond. Utah's famous light powder makes for amazing skiing and there is a snowboard park with jumps and rails. Summer temperatures average in the 70's. The surrounding areas include Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Panguitch as well as mountain streams and lakes. Skiing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Horseback riding, Fishing, ATV trails are just few of activities available

Awesome Family or Romantic Get Away.: Whether you dreaming of a white Christmas for your family or a Romantic get away for special celebration, our Hideway will WOW you. Our friends and family always enjoy their time at the Graham Hideway. We welcome your stay.

Although cabin is located at the top of chair 1 (Navajo Ski Area), Ski out is possible for high level skiers but Ski In is not possible.

Deposits: 50% deposit is required at booking. Balance to be paid 30 day in advance of stay. Cancellations may be made up to 30 days on non Holiday dates, for full refund less $50 transaction fee. Cancellations for Holiday dates require 60 days notice. Security Deposit of $500 will be required to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. Security Deposit to be returned within 10 days of stay, if Cabin is returned in the condition at time of rental, per rental agreement, and cabin is left in a reasonably clean state. Cleaning Fee, $150, is non refundable and is is for basic cleaning services and linen cleaning at departure. All trash and food are to be removed from cabin, dishes are to be clean and cabin to be generally picked up.

Rental Requirements: Person securing the property must be at least 21 years of age.

This tranquil setting will give sense of relaxation and beauty and only minutes away from the excitement of the Giant Steps and Navajo Ski Resorts. It is a great family gets a way. Book your summer get away early and secure your family vacation. Escape to the cool mountains for a crisp clean blue sky vacation. Many great summer activities, such as Mounting Biking, fishing, hiking and lots of off road trails.

Golf: Cedar Breaks Golf Course is very close

Ski: Brianhead offers some of the best light dry snow conditions. It is great place for the entire family to enjoy, from the beginner slopes at Navajo, complete with ski school for all ages, or the more challenging runs of Giant Steps there is something for everyone at every level.

Notes: The Cabin has snow removal service, however, condition change through out the day and night and the driveway is very steep. Four Wheel Drive is recommended or at least chains, or you can park at the top of the driveway. We provide the linens upon arrival, however, there is no housecleaning or linen service during the stay. Cabin has laundry facilities, should you need them for your stay. Although located at the top of Navajo Lift #1, due to the elevation differnces ski-in is not possible and ski-out would be limited to advance skiers (non groomed access and if heavy snow ski-out would not be possible).

The kids first skiing adventure

So you want a cabin with all the fixings? This is your spot! We took the kids up for their first ski trip (our 10 year old is a snowboard conversion...) and loved every minute. Cabin was just the way the owners described it, plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids with all the amenities. 2 feet of fresh Utah powder made everything but the driveway even better. Shuttle service was happy to make sure we made it to the slopes on time for lessons and the snow plow driver made sure we could get out. We can't wait for our return trip.

The listed property was as good if not better than what the description said. The cabin/home was well stocked, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Our group of nine had more than enough room to spread out. The beds were comfortably and warm. And the view was awesome! We will definitly be back.

unbelievable!

Our family had an outstanding time and the homeowners were available, helpful and extremely kind. All our requests and questions were addressed promptly and Mrs. Graham made sure our stay was pleasent. The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The kids loved the gameroom, and the loft as a quite place to just hang out. This was our first time in Brian Head as we usually spend our ski time at Heavenly. All of us agreed the skiiing was outstanding about 3-6 inches of fresh dry powder every morning, and very cost effective pricing. Will be back again!
