The flat is in prime position at the very end of the peninsula next to the medieval castle. It has its own garden of app. 250 sqare metres consisting of well-established olive and citrus trees. The many terraces in the garden offer spectacular views of the islands and towards the harbour. The sea views from every window of the flat are no less breathtaking. The light, airy flat is fully equipped with tasteful furniture and antiques. The swimming beach below the castle and the town centre is only a few minutes’ walk.

Lerici is situated south of La Spezia on the coast considered to have the most beautiful bays along the Italian Riviera. The town which is dominated by its medieval castle, has an intact, historic centre. The Piazza, which leads to the harbour and is framed by picturesque Lugurien houses is particularly charming. There are also numerous shops, bars, restaurants and swimming beaches in town. Lerici is on the Tuscan border, making it a perfect base for excursions to Genoa, Florence, Pisa, Lucca or the Carrara Marble Bridges. Montemarcello Park (north of Lerici), the almost uninhabited island of Palmaria and Cinqueterre are ideal for walkers.
