House, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Lovely, modern 2 bedroom 2 bath beach home with ocean view and lots of privacy. Ideally located less than 200 feet from beach access with shower. Home features sparkling hardwood and tile floors, large Master bedroom with 2 queen beds and master bath with garden tub and walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with full bathroom. Large open living area with two couches. 2 screened in porches, private gated courtyard with doggie door access. Grill area, concrete parking for autos and boats, Two Flat Screen TV, Cable, DVDs, Washer/Dryer. Property protected with contain-a-pet fencing. Great part of the beach!

We had an amazing stay!! The house is beautifully appointed with very comfortable furniture. The doggie door was an added bonus that our two dogs took full advantage of. The home is located in a very quiet section of Folly, so there was very little traffic and no parking on the street. Beach access is basically right across the street. Walking to downtown Folly is comfortable and easy. The owners are wonderful and took great care to ensure all of our needs were met. We can't wait to stay here again next year.

Great House at the Beach!!!

This was a great house!! Beds were very comfortable and everything was new. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach access. Lots of good places to get great food and a grocery within about 2 mil from the house. Cathi and Larry the owners are very helpful and from the area if you have any questions they are a great source of information ! Thanks again for letting us rent your house for a week hope to see you next year!!! Friends from Ohio---

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely rental home. The owners were so helpful and nice, and the accomodations were just as nice as the pictures on the website indicated. Our family relaxed and had a perfect vacation in this well-appointed home. We enjoyed March Madness on the large HD TV and loved being across the street from the beach. Great morning runs and walks with our dog! We would definitely return here for a future vacation. The owners were even kind enough to mail me items I accidently left behind!

Our hosts were soooo helpful. They worked with us so we could "get to the wedding on time", offered suggestions about what to do, where to golf and where to get fresh fish. The lawn is well taken care of and there was plenty of parking. This house was charming, clean, well provisioned, very comfortable with rocking chairs on the front porch and picnic tables on the back porch. We had lots of quality time with our family.
