This is a comfortably furnished 2100 sq ft home. 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths (1 handicap accessible with some limitations); single car garage; full kitchen, dining room, family room, lanai/pool. Fenced yard - pet friendly. WiFi and internet access.

Master bedroom has 2 doubles with french doors out to lanai/pool; 2nd bedroom 1 double; 3rd bedroom 2 twins; queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Master bath with tub & shower; 2nd bath w/shower - accessible from pool area and inside. Kitchen is well equipped. Separate laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer.

This home is centrally located. Walk to Taylor Park, Pinecrest Golf Course, Pinellas Trail. Busch Gardens and TPA Int'l approximately 30 minutes. Home is 3 miles from Indian Rocks Beach and 7 miles from Clearwater Beach.

I am semi-retired and love the west coast of Florida. A great place to "de-stress" and just enjoy the great weather. I am a morning beach person and an afternoon pool person. I hope you come down and enjoy my home.

I chose to purchase this home because of the wonderful neighborhood. It is accessible to many beaches and activities. Great shopping and great restaurants.

What makes this house unique

Love to hang out by the pool and read. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

The house is very spacious. Plenty of room for families. It was also very clean and neat. The house includes a pool. Because of the cooler then usual weather in March, we were unable to use it at all.
Our little dog had a grand time chasing geckos around the yard.
The neighborhood is quite as well.
Overall we had a good experience.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Families with Teenagers

Comfortable, roomy house. Easily accessable by auto to beaches, community center, library, cultural center and parks. Quiet neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe and secure. Landlord always available and helpful. Great restaurants on the Gulf Blvd as well as nearby. Our particular favorites, Cafe de Paris (really good crepes), Salt Rock Cafe, Keogans, EEE Stakeout. Looking forward to a return stay.

This home was very nice and it was very close to everything. Very safe neighborhood for walking and close to a park. My only complaint is the pool is not heated so if you are there in January and February, the pool is too cold to swim in.

Owner's Response: The Southwest Recreation Center has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool that can be used for a small fee per day or you can purchase a monthly pass. The Recreation Center also offers a wonderful gym, tennis courts and many activities for adults and children.

I stayed with family and friends and felt I was in my own home with none of the regular work to do. I never relaxed and had so much fun on vacation before. The home was exactly as described, easy to get to great beaches, restaurants and other attractions. The pool was incredible - I never wanted to get out.

Largo House Awesome Location and Great Neighborhood

My family and extended family rented this home from the owner and could not have asked for a better experience. Home is exactly as described and same goes for the area. Great neighborhood, awesome location felt very safe and secure taking an evening stroll with my wife and son. Close to the beaches, fishing piers and some awesome restaurants. Owner is extrememly accomadating. Home has Wifi, cablke tv and a great pool and lanai area. We experienced a very minor hiccup with the home and the owner took care of the problem immediately with no questions asked at al;l. We highly recomend the rental of this property to anyone interested in this area of Florida. If your looking for a home to rent in this region look no more this is it. Awesome home great owner and awesome location.
