This beautiful 3 bedroom home is just minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. It rents for less than two average hotel rooms, but has all the amenities of a first class resort. The home includes a private heated swimming pool with spa and it will easily accommodate up to 6 people. The home consists of a very well-appointed living room, fully-equipped kitchen with attached eating area, separate dining room, full bath, and laundry on the first floor. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, DVD, VCR, and large deluxe en suite. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, DVD and VCR. The third bedroom has two full sized beds, TV, DVD, and VCR. There is a second full bath for the second and third bedrooms. The living room has a full size pull out couch.

AWESOME!!

This was our first time renting a home for our vacation and this is the way to go. This house was beautiful. It had all the ammenities of your home and some things you would'nt expect. We traveled with kids and the house was big enough for them to run around and play without disturbing others. The kids bedroom has a tv/dvd player and movies for their entertainment. The swimming pool provided hours of fun for the entire family. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, makes for a nice evening to soak the hot tub or an evening swim in the pool. I have nothing but good to say about this house. I was really pleased with the owner, he's was easy to work with and made additional arrangements for our stay..
The house was so nice my son now wants to move to Florida and have a swimming pool in his backyard.
Thanks Rick for making our vacation memorable and fun...

Our best stay ever!

We stayed here in October 2009 and absolutely LOVED it. The photos just dont do it justice. It was very clean and well kept. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach if we needed anything. I simply cannot say enough about this property and the owner. Excellent value! When planning our 2012 trip, this house was the FIRST thing my 2 kids asked about.
