New!!! Beautiful Beach Rental Condo; Now we include two bicycles

My husband, my son, my mom and my aunt just returned from Rincon and our stay at the Wave View. We had a great time and were very comfortable in the condo. The Netflix were great for my two year old and he loved the pool too. The owner was very reliable and helpful. This rental was an awesome value and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also the laundry machines were very nice to have. I loved sitting on the front veranda drinking coffee and watching all of the activity on the street and the beach. Despite the amount of activity there was, it was very quiet at night. Rincon is one of my favorite places and there's always lots to do and see. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back.

My second stay at Rincon wave view and my husband's first. We totally enjoyed the condo that was equipped with everything we needed. The owner and his son were most helpful and took their time to explain all we needed to know. The public beach was so beautiful and calm and the people there couldn't be friendlier. We enjoyed sea glass hunting everyday at all the "secret" beaches we were told to visit. We enjoyed all the local foods and the local grocery store was a pleasant surprise. A super place to relax in a piece of paradise. Thank you for making it available!

We stayed at the condo for a week and it is a wonderful place. Walked the beach across the street with our morning coffee, watched amazing sunsets, soaked up the sun and relaxed. Great location, you can walk or bike most places, at the most 5-10 min drive pretty much takes you anywhere in Rincon. Public beach/park across the street is very nice and active. Great snorkeling at the Steps. The condo is well appointed, clean, modern and comfortable. Will recommend to anyone who wants to relax on a beach, surf or enjoys relaxation and we hope to revisit soon.
