Located 30 miles from Auburn; 45 miles from Montgomery; 80 miles from Birmingham and 130 miles from the Atlanta airport.
This is it! Condo is located on the third level of Building 250 which directly overlooks the infinity pool. This spacious unit includes two bedrooms downstairs; one with a queen and the master’s suite with a king size bed. Upstairs loft has 2 queen beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s. The family gathering room has a large flat screen TV with plenty of comfortable seating. A dining table accommodates 6 with additional seating for 3 at the bar height counter. The deck offers a beautiful view of the lake and pool with dining and seating areas. There is a boat slip available for your boat directly off of the pool area. Ask me about rental of a pontoon boat.
3 night minimum stay
Dec 1 – March 31 $175/night; 950/week
April 1 – Sept 7 $300/night; 1800/week
Sept 8 – Nov 30 $225/night; 1350/week with the exception of Auburn home football game stays at a rate of $300/night
Stays which include Memorial Day, July 4 or Labor Day are $350 night.

One half (1/2) of the Total Rental Fee is required to hold a reservation. The amount due will be specified on the Agreement, which will be emailed to prospective renter following verbal or email intent to rent the property. Upon renter return of the signed Agreement, deposit and a copy of the primary renters’ driver's license, the reservation will be confirmed. If the contract and deposit are not received within 7 days of verbal or email agreement, the unit will be placed back on the open rental market. The balance of rental fee is due 21 days prior to the renters’ arrival date. The $250.00 security deposit will be returned to the renter, within 2 weeks, after the last day of the stay if there is no damage to condo, furnishings, common area property and no inventory is missing from the home. The security deposit will not be returned to renter if the No Smoking or No Pets rule is broken.
Cancellation: $200.00 of the $250.00 security deposit plus the rental amount paid will be refunded IF cancellation is made greater than 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date. For a cancellation 20 days or less prior to arrival date, the renter forfeits the $250.00 security deposit. To cancel a reservation, the renter must speak with Terry Parker of intent to cancel. Voice mail message on land line or cell phone is not accepted as notice of cancellation.
