TV, VCR, DVD - Hi-Speed Internet - Full Kitchen - Washer/Dryer - Game Room with Pool Table - Hot Tub - Comfort, warmth and beauty surround you in this spacious 3000 sq. ft. home on 5 acre estate. Open the back gate and hike into the Olympic National Forest. Hunting, hiking and fishing opportunities are all next door. Serve dinner for the whole group at the dining table with seating for 12. After dinner, build a fire or have a game of pool in the game room. Wonderful place for just a weekend of relaxation or a week to fully explore our wonderful area. Serenity and nature are here. The great room has a view of the Olympics, the home features a wrap around deck, cathedral ceilings, plus a game room with pool table. Don't forget the hot tub.

About Us: Serenity Mountain Retreat was created by Vibeke and Dave. Our vision is a peaceful, healing place for families and groups to come and relax in comfort. The Retreat is a perfect location for relaxation, meditation, prayer, and getting back to nature. Vibeke carefully chose each and every piece of furniture, every picture and lamp in the home. She also envisioned the mountain view and brought it to life with care. David contributed the home and the land. His was the original vision but even he could not imagine what beauty and grace could be brought to life. Together, Vibeke and Dave continue to build and improve the experience at Serenity Mountain Retreat. Because we are just starting out, we know that we will have overlooked many things. Fabulous getaway!

This was great getaway for me my hubbie and the kids. We played pool, took long walks in the Olympic National Forest, which is behind the house, and slipped into the hot tub twice a day. The kitchen is huge and has all the kinds of dishware one could want.There are large windows everywhere, lending one a beautiful view from nearly every location upstairs. The extended living room has very comfortable furniture and I loved flipping through the quaint library of books. The kids brought there slip and slide and a game counsel to hook up to the TV and my husband used the desk for occasional work. I spent the evenings painting the breathtaking view of the sunset and used color pencil with my daughter during the day. It was a great getaway from the fast paced and noisy city life in Seattle. The air is fresher, the forest more magnificent, and the kids laughter more vibrant at the Serenity Mountain Retreat.Thank you for the great time, we will be back, and were telling our family and friends!

Fantastic Girlfriend Weekend!

This house was perfect for our "Girlfriend Weekend". There was plenty of room, a fantastic setting, cozy hot-tub, well stocked kitchen and a huge dining room table where we spent a lot of time laughing and eating! The house is private and off the beaten track with a beautiful view. All in all, a great place and one we would return to.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Place to Stay!

My family enjoyed our brief stay at the house and no one left unhappy. Everything is provided for adequately, clean, and the hot tub was great. The check-in office staff was knowledgeable about the area and very friendly and courteous. We had great meals at the Oak Table Cafe and Dockside Grill. The Red Rooster grocery store, Nash's Organic Produce/grocery store and Crumb Grabbers Bakery are great places to pick up high quality food. For those with small children the Dungeness Valley Creamery is a great outing. Also, make sure you plan a hike at Hurricane Ridge. Sequim is a beautiful city! I would definitely recommend this property.
