This magnificent villa with unique panoramic views over the sea and the mountains is situated 6 minutes from the beaches and the shops and 25 minutes from Ajaccio International Airport. It offers a fully equipped kitchen (cooking-plate, oven, American refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher), a large living-room, a dining-room, a TV-corner with fireplace. The covered terrace leads to a beautifully arranged garden with Jacuzzi. On the first floor there is a splendid master-bedroom (25 m²), air-conditioned, with its own spacious bathroom (bath, shower, lavatory). Both the bedroom and the bathroom lead to a terrace with panoramic sea and mountain view. Two air-conditioned guestrooms, a second bathroom and a hot/cold water shower outside make Villa La Machietta a luxurious holiday residence.

Villa La Machietta is situated at walking distance from picturesque Calcatoggio, a typical Corsican mountain village on the West coast. Surrounded by the herbs and scents of the Corsican “maquis”, you enjoy the unique panoramic views over the bay of Sagone and the impressive mountains around from everywhere in the house, the Jacuzzi or the garden. The sea and its many pleasures are minutes away. Hiking, swimming, sailing, surfing, water-ski, jet ski, diving, horse-riding, tennis, biking: you find everything nearby. Ajaccio, native town of Napoleon, is only 25 minutes away.

Traumhafte Aussicht, gehobene Luxusausstattung mit wunderschönem Whirlpool im Garten. Keine Blicke von Neugierigen, absolut geschützt, sehr ruhig gelegen. Einzigster Nachteil; zum Einkauf und zum Strand benötigt man ein Auto. Aber man kann nicht alles haben.
