Two bedrooms. Living room with plasma TV. 1 full size bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a walk in closet, queen bed and plasma TV. 2nd Bedroom has twin beds. Parking for 1 vehicle. Apartment faces canal, quiet and private with beautiful canal views. Pool and BBQ areas, with own BBQ. Hallandale and Hollywood beach nearby .Beach umbrella, chairs, towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen & linen provided.

Close to Hollywood downtown, restaurants, shopping (Aventura mall) casino, with convenient access to the I- 95 and Miami - Fort Lauderdale airports.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home, for the couple or the family that wants enjoy a pleasant stay in the beautiful and sunny south Florida. A small pet is welcome.

Since my first contact the owner was very helpfull and answered all my doubts within short time. The 38 days rental period was settled with 3 months in advance. The apt is locatted in a very pleasent area with supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and cafes nearby. Hollywood broadwalk is no more than 8 minutes driving and is a lively and friendly beach. The canal view from the apt is very relaxing and the building is calm and silent.
The central air condiotioning is perfect for the hot days wich in Florida means almost the hole year. I strongly recomend this apt.

Wonderful Rental

My daughter was attending college in nearby Miami Shores so my husband and I drove her car down from NH for her. I was looking for a rental close to her school and was lucky enough to find this unit. It is conveniently located to many stores and restaurants but off of the main road so it was very quiet and relaxing. It was nice having a full kitchen and the two bedrooms. The pool was very refreshing and the view of the intercoastal waterway was very relaxing. It was a short 10-15 minute walk to Hallandale Beach and I even walked down to the Hollywood Boardwalk/Beach area which was also very nice. The owner's representative was always readily available and we will definitely look in to the availability of this unit when we return to visit our daughter.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
