3rd FL has a Queen bed.
Two couples or two generations who want to vacation together, but still have a little space separation if wanted. I saw this property, so close to beach with such great views. After completion of the new construction, I knew we had a Great Property for all to Enjoy.
The ocean adds so much peace and harmony to all. Bring your fishing pole, kayak, beach chair and oh, yes, bring that camera to save the memories of your Special Vacation in America's home town. Plymouth has History, the Mayflower, Plimouth Plantation, Great Bird Watching . Over 100 Restaurants. We are Cape Cod without the hassle of the Traffic.
The townhouse was a terrific place to relax with family. Short walk to the beach, good parking, plenty of room inside. Steve was very accommodating for getting our rooms set up to suit everyone staying. The balcony on the second floor is a perfect place to be in evening and the kids had fun playing volley ball in the back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
This was a great place, very comfortable, quality appliances and comfy beds, very up scale , beautiful views, short walk to the beach across the street. Recommend it
A great place with great views front & back. The beach is beautiful & so close. The area is a vnice place to take walks. The home itself is nicely furnished & has all the amenities you need. Lots of room to entertain. Owner is very attentive to your needs. Hopefully, on our next vacation to Massachusetts, we can rent this home again.
We had 3 generations staying in this beautiful house and had a wonderful time. Walkway to beach is right across from house which was very convenient. Was wonderful watching the fireworks on the 3rd and 4th of July. ( note, found out you need to be back at the house by 6:00 pm on the 3rd as they close the roads to the area for the fireworks, although my sons had no problem getting back in at 6:30 pm). We rented the whole side, so the bottom apartment was great for one son and daughter-in-law and their 3 yr old and 1 yr old twins. Had the use of coolers, beach chairs, 2 full refrigerators, grills. location was great, my parents live close by and 2 of my brothers live in Plymouth and Sagamore. Close to downtown Plymouth and hwy. Hope to stay here again !
My family, two medium dogs and I recently stayed at Steve's beach town home and I have to say we were extremely pleased with his place, (way better looking than the pictures imply). The town home has three levels with balconies on all levels looking out to the ocean (perfect for invigorating breakfast or relaxing happy hours). Two of the levels have full kitchens which makes it convenient when several families share the place and on the top floor there is a gorgeous master bedroom. The place was clean, well furnished and Very nice. Dealing with Steve was easy, he emailed a simple rental agreement, subtracted the deposit immediately the day we left and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Again thank you Steve for a great stay..
Nice location, updated, stylish house, beautiful beach, relaxing trip overall. Sleeping arrangements can get tricky with 8-10 people so you might want to make sure it works for your group. We made it work and the beds were very comfortable! Covered balconies on each floor were wonderful with nice views! Nice grass yard for the dog and kids to play but unfortunately while we were there, the chemical company came and sprayed and put up the sign for kids and pets to stay off. That was upsetting as we had 4 children and our dog staying. I would ask the owner to refrain from having this done while there are guests staying if this concerns you.

Rate for July 4th week is $2800.00
Security Deposit of $500 is due with signing of the lease.
Professional Cleaning Fee $200 (deducted from Sec. Dep. Refund).
1st half of rental fee is due 90 days prior to the rental period.
2nd half of rental fee is due 30 days prior to the rental period.
Check in time is 2 pm. Check out time is 9 am.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
