Sandy Paws –

Charming and elegant Destin vacation home! Sandy Paws is found in the heart of the scenic gulf drive communities (Terra Cotta) this neighborhood offers a community pool, easy beach access and just a five minute drive from anything you could ever want to do! The silver sand outlet mall is 5 minutes east and the Destin Commons is 5 minutes West! There are three restaurants within walking distance - Captain Dave's Kenny D's and The Crab Trap! The beach? 2 minute walk due south! Sandy Paws permits dogs of any shape and size!

Ground Level – Spacious living room with sleeper sofa and hardwood throughout. Dining area and updated kitchen. Queen bedroom with full bathroom.

Second level – Master suite with king bed, full bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. There is an office nook in the hallway for those who cannot leave work behind – there is high speed internet access as well! Another bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom.

Third level – loft room with twin sleeper sofa, wet bar, stereo and rooftop deck overlooking Destiny by the sea!

We have been renting in the Destin area for many years now and this house was by far one of our best experiences to date! We were just a short walk to the beach and the nieghborhood pool which was always kept up pretty well. Our blender did break down half way through our stay but the rental company brought us a brand new one the next morning. I find alot of homes have an issue with our larger chocolate lab but not this one! Big dog owners should certianly consider renting. Thanks again

such a nice experience

My family thoroughly enjoyed are stay at Sandy Paws. The house was exceptional and made our stay that much more special. We have always enjoyed staying in this general area and will definitely consider staying at this location in the future. In fact, we have another trip planned for early October. When you go on vacation, you don't want to worry with details. It should be a time of rest and relaxation. We received this and more with our stay. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Loved, loved, loved this property!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. Beautifully appointed, spacious, and well maintained. Best pet friendly rental in Destin and the owners really make it evident how much they love dogs! We felt right at home and will be using this property everytime we visit the Emerald Coast. Can't wait to return!

Great Stay!

Excellent and informative website. Numerous rental properties and properties for sale listed. The entire process was made extremely easy and quick. You can't beat just making a phone call to chceck in.

We had a blast! I have never stayed in a "pet friendly" rental environment that was at the level of Sandy Paws. Absolutely MAGNIFICENT! Didn't take long for us to settle in and it was easy to get that "at-home" feeling. The website has a huge list of nice properties to choose from.Can't wait til the next time.We visit the Emerald Coast at least once/yr, but now that we have discovered OceanReef we will definitely take advantage of their available resources.Sandy Paws is a beautiful, well decorated property. The owner's love for their pet(s) is very obvious, and that kindred spirit is felt. Enjoyed the few minutes walk to the beach and convenience to everything! Have already recommended OceanReef to several friends. THANKS for helping to provide a well-needed, luxurious vacation! Not sure if I signed up to get email specials but am interested.
