Regatta - Luxury Condo with Terrace - Walk to Vanderbilt Beach!

Me (45) my wife (43) and my son (16) spent a week at the Cassidy's condo for a week and felt instantly at home. I have been going to Naples since I was a young child. My parents purchased a place on Vanderbilt beach back in 1972 when I was a young child. We recently sold it when my father passed away 5 years ago. I never thought I would feel at home in Naples again until I stayed at the Cassidy's condo. It is a beautiful and comfortable condo. They provide more items than most rentals to make your stay comfortable. There was everything from beach towels to water noodels. Even a beach bugy to help you transport the beach chairs to the beach . There is a full laundry with dertergent and a well stocked Kitchen that you can create a great meal in.

The best part of this condo is the sundeck! All of the condo's in this condo have a screened lanai. But because of the location of this condo there is a huge sundeck off the lanai with steps to the resort style pool with waterfall.. So unlike most condos where if you want to go to the pool you have to go for a long walk down a hall and elevator. Here you can walk down one flight of stairs to the pool. My wife and I would stay on the deck as our son spent hours in the pool.

This Condo is also walking distance to some of the best dining in Naples! There is the Tiki Limbo in the Ritz resort right on the Beach and the Turtle Club also dining on the beach. Both upscale places to eat with excellent food and service.

I can go on and on. But some of the most fun is discovering the great things in Naples on your own.

We will be booking our next vacation here! It is our new home away from home.

I am picky so I did all the research and ended up choosing this wonderful condo. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! This condo is beautifully appointed and very clean. The supplies are stocked from the kitchen, to the laudry room, to the linens, to the beach and pool supplies. We loved being steps away from the pool and having our own terrace. The gorgeous Vanderbilt beach is just a short walk down the road too. We stayed for 7 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. You won't be sorry renting this home away from home from Sandy - she is great! A+++

Three couples enjoyed staying at the owners condo for spring break. The property had everything we needed and then some to allow for a relaxing, enjoyable week. We would definitely rent this property again. The owners are wonderful to work with. The property is situated right on the pool with its own stair access to the pool. The screened in porch was wonderful as was our private sun deck. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The location is convenient to dining, shopping and the beach. Loved it.
