I have lived in San Francisco since 1994 but am a native of the bay area. My children are twins and in fifth grade. My partner is originally from Canada and we spend our summers there.
Kristin purchased this house in 2008

The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and very well appointed. We were very comfortable there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It also has a full 2 car garage. We fit both a dodge charger and a minivan without difficulty. The owner was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely stay here again.
My family went to San Francisco for our daughter's college graduation. We stayed for 4 days in this beautiful home. The views were beautiful. The house was located centrally to everything!!!!! I would highly recommend staying here.
This house has a perfect location to get @San Francisco and the garage is a great perk if you rent a car. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and Safeway. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the layout is great for multiple people. The kitchen is a gourmet dream and the BBQ grill is nice for a quite night in. The owner was great to work with and available for questions throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for the use of your home.
Kristin's house was great for our family. We had a total of 4 adults and 3 kids and the layout was perfect. Having a parking garage was a major plus. The house felt very comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. Our grandson said as we were leaving that he was going to miss our house in San Francisco...
Kristin and her home are both wonderful and welcoming. The house was fantastic, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. After long days exploring the city or wine tasting, it was nice to come home, put some food in the oven, and open a bottle of wine! Everything was clean and cozy, and Kristin was very responsive to all our needs. We easily fit a Minivan in the garage, which made commuting around the bay area simple.
Couldn't recommend Kristin or her home more!
Thank you Kristin for a wonderful stay at your beautiful SF home! Nicely decorated, clean and spacious home. Kristin is very responsive to email / texts and is very pleasant to work with. Since I am a SF native, I could very much appreciate the attached garage. It's nice to have that after a day of travel to be able to pull right into the home and get the kids to bed quickly and safely! Looking forward to returning! She was also kind enough to send back a bag of toys that was left behind... thanks again!
What can I say, my home is in one the most beautiful and sought out destinations in the world. It is in a hip but family friendly village in SF called Bernal Heights which is in the central part of the city. It gets the most sun and the least amount of fog. Close to freeways to get you quickly to the most sought out areas of the bay area and 15 minutes to the most popular tourist areas in San Francisco; Fisherman's wharf, downtown, Chinatown, Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Ocean Beach, etc. Even closer are the hip and eclectic restaurants and shops of the Mission District and The Castro. A must see is to climb the famous stairs that are on my block that take you to the top of Bernal Hill for a breath-taking 360 degree view of San Francisco and the Bay Area!
