Our private outdoor shower is a treat-you can enjoy the hot and cold water while listening to the sound of the waves. A small sitting area is located near the shower to help shield from the sun and to enjoy the plants and flowers in that location.

The upper floor is known as the 'Grand Room'-it's the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The half round window above the triple glass doors provides awesome viewing of 'Pelican Flyovers'! The triple patio doors, windows, bay window, and kitchen window all provide more than a mere glimpse of the ocean and its life. The 5th bedroom with queen-size bed and 3d full bath are on this floor as well. Unique views exist even in the kitchen! Each of the 2d & 3d floor bedrooms has a view of the ocean. Our neighbor's home is located near the front of their lot and does not impede the awesome views. The bedroom on the first floor, normally used by children, has a window that views our outdoor sitting area, and the dunes that we've helped encourage to protect us! There are more than 200 Christmas trees helping to anchor the strong beach grass under the sand of our dunes. |
