Private town home located in one of the most luxurious gated communities, Terra Verde Resort. It has wonderful community features including a 6000 sq ft club house, including a gym, video arcade room and pool tables, also with a community pool and spa, beach area with hammocks, a children's play ground and mini rock wall and fully stocked fishing lake. Add to that a 24hr Wal-Mart superstore just 5 minutes away for the insomniac shoppers and your vacation is complete!

In the home, located on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cultlery etc, and the dining room and living room as well as a half bath. Off the living room is the south - east patio with HOT TUB (free heat with every booking) and plenty of seating. Looking out over conservation, and no overlooking neighbors, it is very private and relaxed. Upstairs are all three bedrooms, first bedroom is the Queen Master and en-suite, second bedroom has also a Queen bed and shares the bathroom with bedroom 3 with 2 x twins.

From only $75 per night including tax, and free hot tub heat in a secure gated community, can you find better?

we had a great stay - Home was really nice inside and clean and the hot tub is a great benifit. You feel secure in this gated community (24hr security) and nice community pool/gym and club house
