This apartement is located in one of the few privately owned Manor House in the heart of Lisbon which dates back from the XVII Century. It is easily recognisable by the beautifull arches that constitute its main entrance.

It is located in the heart of the most picturesque and emblematic district of Lisbon, Alfama. It has remained untouched since Medieval Times and it stil maintains its old flavour, a village within a City. Narrow streets, coblestones,castle,churches and restaurants makes this , Lisbon best known district.

A wonderfully modern , clean, and well equipped apartment in the heart of the Alfama District. Old world charm with narrow cobblestoned streets with lots of nearby sights. Convenient small markets, restaurants, and easy walking to public transportation. For those with limited mobility, the area is quite hilly and there are two flights of stairs to the apartment. Comes complete with TV including English language stations and free internet access, fully equipped kitchen with a full range of appliances, and a washing machine. Accommodated two couples comfortably with very nice separate en suite bathrooms.

Owner was most helpful both in helping with arrangements as well as advice on local transportation restaurants and sights.

Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
