Our family friendly 5 bedroom 3 bath executive home is located in the exclusive community of Hampton Lakes on the US-27, five minutes from the many and varied shops of Posner Park, five minutes from Wal-Mart and just 15 minutes from the Disney parks/ 30 minutes from Universal Studios. In this prestigious, private community, you can take advantage of the communal swimming pool, floodlit basketball, volleyball, tennis courts and children's play areas.

Our home is privately owned, air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. It can accommodate up to 10 people. The home has two downstairs Queen-sized Master Suites, with digital TV/DVD combination. Upstairs, there is a family bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a versatile fifth bedroom where the beds can be zipped together to form a king-size double, or unzipped to form a further twin bedroom.

Our home has an open floor plan that gives a spacious area for all the family, yet it maintains the cozy feeling of your own home.

Eating in the home: You can choose to eat your breakfast at the breakfast bar or by the pool. A separate dining area provides a more formal eating area. Our fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the other kitchen essentials.

Amenities to enjoy: Keep the whole family happy with all the extras that our villa offers. Challenge the family to a game of pool, table tennis or air hockey in our stunning games room. The lounge boasts a PS2 games console, TV, DVD player and selection of family videos, DVDs, books and board games. The upstairs play area offers imagination toys and jigsaws for the younger guest.

Relax in the tranquil, private pool which looks out over open grassland. The pool has under water lighting for evening swims.

All linen, pool towels and bath towels are provided, and a high chair, cot and push chair are available for your convenience. Wifi is also provided - please bring your own PC.

No smoking in the house, and no pets please.

Exactly as advertised!

This home was exactly as the listing said. Bedrooms were all good size and comfortable. Location was great ( about 25 minutes to Universal). Very clean home. The pool was nice. We paid to have the pool heated and surprisingly it was almost too warm when we got there. Some of our past rentals charged us for heat and you could hardly tell the heat was on. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. In fact we plan to try to reserve it again for our trip next year!
The owner was very helpful during the booking and very prompt on refunding the deposit.

My many Thanks to Julie. This was a wonderful property, we have stayed in this area the past 2 years and this has been the best by far in comparision to the other properties. The villa was very well stocked and clean upon arrival. When we called the management company they were very quick to call back and make sure everything was good. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning again. Everything was as described if not better. Very good location in regards to Disney, Sea World ect.

Hello Julie, we would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your property in Hampton Lakes FL.
We had family and friends come to stay during the month, as well as friends who were staying elsewhere in Fl. We would like to recommend Manny's Chop house. The food is great and the atmosphere is unbelievable. It is truly an experience you can't miss! There is also a wonderful fish and chip place in the Publix plaza.
These accommodations where clean, had everything that was advertised and there is an open space out the back where hot air balloon would land in the mornings.
Yes I would recommend this place to others. Barb H.

Perfect for our 2 families!

We had a reunion of the cousins (ages 8, 6, 4, 4, 9 months, and 2 weeks) and their 2 sets of parents in this house over Christmas. It was the perfect home for our crowd of little ones, complete with age-appropriate toys, puzzles, games, children's movies, and pool toys. The home was clean, fully-equipped with all we needed for a Christmas meal and other dinners, and spacious to give the adults room to visit after the kids were in bed. Julie was responsive, timely, and helpful via email and we'd highly recommend this home to anyone. You can't get a hotel room for these rates!
