I have been staying at this home on Beaver since 1997 and it never disappoints. All of the room to spread out for large families if you want privacy, but large common areas & 2 decks for group fun. The owners think of everything! Every kitchen accoutrement you can think of, games for family fun if you have a rainy day, a flat screen tv (which I admit we never watch while there) and a straight walk down to the large dock where chairs await to enjoy the sun, sunset or just a beautiful view of the yachts on the lake and the surrounding mountains. There is a large area next to the house under the trees devoted to sitting around a fire pit, with roasting sticks provided for hots dogs or marshmallows! We see deer and wildlife every time we go on the way in to the property and in the woods out the door. I've been with my husband and adult children and on more girls trips than I can count, always to this same property. With the girlfriends we are close to antique shopping in Eureka Springs or back to Pinnacle Mall in Rogers. The owners leave brochures of available activities in the area, but my preference is staying close to the house in surroundings that are picture perfect in any weather or any season. Bring your laundry soap because an added bonus is the washer and dryer on the property, no need to go home with dirty clothes!
