Cottage, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 7)

This home was refurbished in 2010 with fun and family in mind. The house features 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main level with a bunk room downstairs with two futons, a pull-out coach, a bath and a refrigerator. There are four T.V.’s equipped with cable and 3 DVD’s .

There is a heated, private salt water pool and private outdoor heated shower. There is a private deep water dock on an inlet with direct access to the intercoastal.

The upstairs has a complete kitchen.. There is a spacious covered patio with plenty of seating, including a breakfast nook, great for drinking the morning coffee or watching sunsets. The house is within a minute golf cart ride to the pristine beach.

Fun in the sun.

We took our three boys to the island for a weekend of funin the sun and had a great time. The house was more than what we expected. Fishing off the dock was nice at night and the outdoor shower was a hit with the kids. Thanks for a great time.
