Best apartment of Sultanahmet, located on the tramway avenue, called Divan Yolu Caddesi, which is the real center of Sultanahmet.

Apartment is fully renovated and decorated for using serviced apartment. It has an individual terrace, which is a real terrace, 4 side of terrace has a view; Hagiasophia, Topkapi Palace, Marmara Sea, Avenue...

Apartment has 40m2 net util area, plus 35 m2 terrace. There is also 5 m2 balcony as well, which look to the Divan Yolu Avenue.

There is a king size double bed and also a double sofa-bed for sleeping.

Apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen materials, with hob, microwave, heater, all dishes, plates, glasses (wine glasses as well).

All bills, wireless internet, satellite tv are all inclusive to the prices. All towels & linens are also provided for you. (All towels & linens are periodically washed in high degree before new customer arrives).

We loved the convenient location, the simple and elegant design. The apartment had utilised space in the most efficient manner possible and was packed with all the amenities required for comfortable living. The caretaker was always accessible over the phone and was extremely responsive to our needs. The apartment was surrounded by lovely cafes, restaurants and provision stores which made our lives very easy. Free wifi internet access simplified communication and information access. The tram station was just 1 minute away. We had a lovely stay and if ever in istanbul we'd love to come back here again.

good terrace, but wheather was cold on january..

terrace, apartment and location was perfect, however due to very cold wheather i didnt able to spend enough time at terrace. i hope to come again during spring.

Great place to relax after a day of exploring city

Location was perfect! You could see Topkapi Palace and all nice city just a block down the street when you stick your head out the window. The apartment's rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to take in a view of the Marmara Sea and Old Town with a drink. The suites were spacious and very comfortable. Great place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

very conveninent

Staying in this apartment was very conveninent because it is walking distance from all the major sights in old Istanbul and is also 2 minutes walk to tram stop.The perfect end to long day of sighseeing was to return to the apartment to enjoy a drink a coffe in the terace over looking Hagia Sophia , Blue Mosque,Topkapi Palace, Marmara see.I highly recommend this hotel.I really thank you apartment staff they made me fill privileged
