Florida Winter Get-Away

My husband and I stayed for 3 months this past winter in this absolutely gorgeous "Home Away From Home". We were incredibly pleased with the condo; everything we needed (and more) iss generously provided by the Owner, from basic kitchen appliances, to beach gear and large fluffy towels, to office supplies, and board games. The furnishings are very modern and comfortable, and the decor is lovely. Each bedroom is an ensuite with its own private bath, and a flatscreen TV. The pictures on the website give you a good introductory glimpse into the condo, but you won't realize how spacious and accommodating it is until you see it for yourself! The ocean waves and breeze beckon just beyond the sliding glass balcony door. We loved the quiet Satellite Beach community and became fast regulars at many of the local restaurants. There is plenty to see and do, from Cocoa Beach and Cocoa Village to Vero Beach and Orlando. Everything you need is located right on Merritt Island, but the larger city of Melbourne is only a short drive away and watching the sun set over the South Trail is worth the leisurely drive alone! You can walk for miles on the beach in either direction, with little to no crowds due to the location. We had a wonderful experience here, for an extended 3 month stay with absolutely no issues, and we definitely plan to return.
