Our vacation rental philosophy is quite simple, we want you to have wonderful and lasting memories of your Marco Island vacation! In August 2010 we purchased our home, ideally located a few blocks walk to the beautiful white sand beach of Marco Island. Our fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home with private pool is also a few minutes walk to a number of excellent restaurants, shops, movie theater, miniature golf course, ice cream parlor and luxury resort spas.
Our home is on a quiet street and has a fantastic Southern exposure waterfront view. You can also easily depart from our private dock and be in the Gulf of Mexico within 10 minutes. We have bikes, fishing poles, wifi, a pool table, DVD's, board games, pool toys, books....everything you need for the perfect Marco Island vacation!
If our home is booked, please consider our other Marco Island home which is located directly across the canal (VRBO #373606 - HomeAway #908223). For families or friends vacationing together, renting both homes could be an ideal situation!
We have been happily married for 27 years and currently live in Houston, Texas. Dave is employed in Sales & Marketing for a major chemical company and is an avid mountain climber, golfer and skier. Dawn is actively involved volunteering with Corridor Rescue, an animal rescue group in Houston (CorridorRescue.org).
We were vacationing on Marco Island and fell in love with the community. Although we are still a few years away from retirement, we have decided to make Marco Island our retirement home.

This vacation home is perfect! You really can't get much closer to the ocean since oceanfront property is pretty much reserved for hotels/condos. The house itself is gorgeous inside and out. It has everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Just pack your clothes and toiletries and you are set :) The patio and pool get ample sun! You will not be disappointed. The pool is kept clean, and the water temperature is amazingly comfortable for day or night swimming. The property is sitting on the canal, which provides tons of excitement. You can fish off the dock (fishing equipment is provided) or just enjoy the company of a random dolphin or manatee. The management team and owner are a wonderful group of people to work with. All emails and phone calls are returned immediately. I can't tell you how much this means to me. It is so difficult to find prompt and friendly service nowadays. Seriously, look no further. What a beautiful home, the owners have paid attention to the details. From the large TVs and pool table to the pool, bikes and fishing rods. There are ample towels both bath and pool and many pool toys. Plenty of room for all our family. The house is situated close to the bars and restaurants and is a short walk to the beach. We were able to swim in the large pool while the men caught fish from the dock. Great place great location could not ask for more. (2013)
This house lived up to all our expectations. The location was perfect; close enough to walk to many places but off the busy roads. The pool was more than big enough, and the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was roomy and modern- and the entertainment center was very nice. Having a garage door opener made coming and going easy, and the washer/dryer was nice for vacationing with kids.
