The house is in perfect condition very well located, just 10 minutes walk to the beach from camburi. Condominium offers security, pool and salna dry. Being the last home of the condominium home has no neighbors providing privacy and a sussego incredible view of camburi and Camburizinho. The house is complete: air conditioning in all rooms, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven and grill.
