Beautiful furnishings, new TVs in Den and master bedroom,TV in guest rm, single story, 1,450 sq ft spacious layout with high ceilings, new carpet. King bed in master bedroom (convertible to 2 twin beds), private bath; 2 twin beds in guest bedroom with hall bathroom; one rollaway twin bed; queen sofa pullout in living room; high thread-count linens.

Maintenance free living includes concierge service, complimentary Country Club membership during your stay, on-site restaurant, pool/hot tub, snack bar, bike trails, walking trails, historic oak trees. Dog friendly with non-refundable pet fee.

Central H/VAC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, screened back porch with charcoal grill, rocking chair front porch.     COTTAGE RULES AND REGULATIONS

    Deposits and Payments: We accept checks, traveler's checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

    Cancellations: Any cancellations will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.

    NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR EARLY CHECKOUTS.

    Pets are permitted in our cottage ... A Pet Fee of $125 is required, non-refundable.
  • Pool / Hot Tub: Seasonal April - September

    Steam Room and Sauna: Coed - open year round. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Located at the bottom floor of our Club House.

    Fitness Center: Located 1 mile from our property at “Fitness Edge”. Cottage guests pay $10 a day or $30 per week. Must be 18 years of age.

    House Parties are Not Allowed:
    The person making the reservation shall be held liable for any damage to the property; its contents or surroundings.

    The management is not responsible for damages or loss of property through fire or theft.
    • No motorcycles, travel trailers, boats or motor coaches are permitted in the Wachesaw Plantation Community.
    • Golf Carts are not permitted at the Cottages.
    • Canopy tents are not permitted in the Cottage area.
    • Guests must be 21 years old to rent a cottage.

Smoking is allowed on the screened-in back porch, only.

A most relaxing and refreshing week with the family!

My family and I stayed the last few days of April & first few days of May. The cottage was just as described and beautifully decorated. We had the most relaxing vacation and enjoyed every part of this location. The Live Oaks were absolutely the best and made for some beautiful photos. The only bad part, I would have to say was the weather...it could have been a little warmer and a little less rain. But sitting on the back porch watching the rain looking out through the trees was very relaxing. Overall, our vacation was fantastic. We went down to Hannah Bananas our very last night and had a great time with the family. I would also like to thank Katy for all the great info on this cottage and for being so friendly over the phone. I really appreciate all her help in making our stay so pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely keep this cottage in mind for future visits.

My wife and I with Toby, our Yorkie, spent a terrific week in this cottage the last week of August. We're new to "pet friendly" accomodations having boarded Toby in the past and were slightly anxious about what we'd find upon arrival. The cottage is just as pictured and smelled fresh and clean; no dog or pet odors. The atmosphere in and around this cottage encourages relaxation.
Thank you to all who were resposible for making our stay a real pleasure.

An absolutely lovely home in every way. Delightfully furnished and decorated, comfortable, convenient, and clean. Towels and linens were high quality. Kitchen was completely stocked. It really felt like home for a week. We all hope to go back next year.

condo was nice country club sucked

We recently stayed for a week. The condo was very nice spacious and clean. Some things to be concerned with. Although you get a pass to the amenities you are still treated as an outsider. The. golf is outrageous and the course is mediocre. The people at the pro shop treat you like your are not worth their time. We actually ended up playing 4 times off property with less hassle. The pool is freezing and full of dead floating flies which no one bothered to skim off. We had trouble at Kimbles resturant too. The members were waited on quickly and efficently while we waited and waited. If you don't plan on all the club amenities it is fantastic. If you plan to golf book tees times 3 weeks in advance. They are pet friendly. You are told to celan up or be asked to leave. Which we always clean up after our pet. But when you are walking you will see a lot of people don't clean up after theirs. Sheila was great to work with but didn't fill us in on how things really would work. We had to learn a lot when we got there. Drunken Jacks is not far and the best resturant in town! Very disappointed in the plantation we were considering looking at property there and ruled them out after this.

Peace and quiet under the beautiful tree tops

The cottage was exactly as shown and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and clean. The porch is absolutely wonderful for spending time with a good book... you can sit in a rocking chair and listen to the birds while the breeze blows through the enormous oaks. Walter, our old golden retriever, was so happy relaxing there after walks around the incredibly gorgeous neighborhood. Our teenagers loved the pool and tossing a football in the wide open spaces. Nearby Huntington Beach State Park has a beautiful uncrowded, unspoiled beach and interesting historical sites. Prosser's BBQ is a must for a good old southern buffet experience. We would absolutely come back again, and recommend this property highly. The owners are really wonderful and dropped by to make sure everything was fine. A truly lovely time!
