Beautiful condo located in Gruene. 4 master bedrooms with 4 master bathrooms and lots of room. Fully stocked kitchen, all linen provided, pool table, lighting is abundant, oversized balcony/deck that overlooks the Guadalupe river. It is so nice to sit on the deck and listen to the music from Gruene. T.V.'s in all the rooms, cable, wifi, surround sound. Located 2 doors down from Gruene Hall. Only well behaved tenants need inquire.

About River City Resorts

We are the Halls. We built this establishment in 2009. We have 3 boys, all grown now but they still return to come back to the river and Gruene. We are outdoors people and love what all the 2 rivers here in New Braunfels have to offer.

In 2009 my husband had a vision. He loves Gruene, always has, always will. Where this building sits was one of the last vacant lands left in Gruene. This project was his vision.

There is so much to do in Gruene. New Braunfels is only 3.6 miles away so Schlitterbahn and the Comal River can be a day trip as well. Everything in Gruene is within walking distance. It is absolutely fun.

Venture out your front door and enjoy a stroll into downtown Gruene for shopping, wine tasting, restaurants, and the oldest dancehall in Texas. If summer is too crazy for you, Christmas in Gruene is a time you don't want to miss.
