TRULY FABULOUS- SOUTH FACING, POOL/SPA, GAMES ROOM & INTERNET

First, excuse my english because I'm a french canadian. We were in this beautifull home for the christmas holidays. The home is impeccably furnished and maintened. There was a christmas tree. Our daughters (6 and 8) were really happy. The beds are very comfortable. Marlene was very helpful and easy to work with. We rented 3 houses in the davenport area and this was by far the nicest home in which we had the pleasure of staying. Overall an excellent time was spent here and would 100% recommend anyone thinking of holidaying there. Thanks Marlene and Doug, you have been a pleasure to deal with.

This home is truly one of a kind. We have been travelling to Florida, 3 or 4 times per year, since 2008
and have stayed in different villas each time until now. We will not consider staying anywhere else in the future. The home is impeccably furnished and maintained. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the pool area is second to none. Being able to relax poolside and watch TV was fabulous. The privacy of the pool area was also a plus. The games room also offers added convenience with all the extras. The owner, Marlene was very helpful and responded to any questions in record time.
Do not hesitate to enquire and book this property. You will not be disappointed!!!

We just returned from our Florida vacation where we had a great time. This rental house is fabulous and Marlene was so nice and easy to work with. We had two families stay in the house (4 adults and 4 kids ages 8-13) and there was plenty of room for all. It was so nice to come back to the house after busy days at the area attractions and make dinner and relax. The kids swam every night and loved it! The house was very clean. We didn’t have any problems so there was no need to call on the property manager for anything, but she stopped by after our arrival to make sure all was well and was friendly and helpful. The location is great. We were within about 20-30 minutes of Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove, which are the attractions we visited. We also drove to Clearwater for a day and that was about 90 minutes. There is a grocery store nearby so it was convenient to get our supplies for the week. All in all we loved the house and had a great vacation! We will definitely rent this house again if we return to Florida for another vacation. We are already recommending it to all of our friends.
