A beautiful, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse in the wonderful Windsor Hills. Our home is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. We have a heated pool and everything you could need for the perfect vacation with restaurants and all the theme parks nearby and a fully-fitted kitchen and washing facilities in the home.

On your days off from the theme parks, why not spend time relaxing at Windsor Hills' giant pool with its water slide, entertain the family in the movie theater or keep fit at the gym or enjoy a game of tennis, volleyball or basketball.

A Date With Disney: Our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is located in the sought after community of Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills is a 24 hour secured, gated community that boasts a beautiful resort style pool with a water slide and spa, zero-entry area for children and children's water fountains, billiard tables, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness room, video game room, sundry shop, and even a movie theatre. On top of all of this, it is located just minutes from Walt Disney World!

Our Accommodation: Our sunny townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area. The living area has a television with DVD player. There is a King in the Master bedroom, Queen in the 2nd bedroom, and a bunk bed/futon in the 3rd bedroom with a double bed below and a twin/single above. All 3 bedrooms have televisions. The living area and all 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans and the house is also fully air-conditioned. The townhouse has a its own private pool just out the back patio doors.

The Orlando and Kissimmee Area: Windsor Hills is located a couple of miles from the Walt Disney World's entrance. Sea World - 10 minutes, Premium Outlets- 10 minutes, Gaylord Convention Centre & Universal Studios-15 minutes, Wet & Wild-15 Minutes, Orange County Convention Centre -15 minutes.

Orlando and Kissimmee is a great location for keen golfers. Wyndham Palms Mystic Dunes Golf Course, Falcon's Fire and Orange Tree and Disney Golf courses are only minutes away.

A wide choice of restaurants, shops and supermarkets are to be found nearby. Restaurants included Outback, TGI Fridays, Applebees & Golden Corral. Supermarkets/shops - Winn Dixie, Publix, Walmart, Walgreens.

Balloon rides, renting an air-boat, go-carting, ice-skating and bowling are all activities you can enjoy close by. Visit Kissimmee Old Town and watch the parade every Thursday.

Spend an evening bowling or ice-skating, visit the many museums, or just walk in the beautiful gardens of Walt Disney World.

The beautiful, gated Windsor Hills resort is the closest resort to Walt Disney World, which features the Magic Kingdom, the Epcot Centre, Universal Studios, the Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. The other parks, Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and WetNWild are close at hand. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are about an hour away.

As well as the fantastic weather, our area features a host of American and international restaurants and other attractions.

Windsor Hills itself boasts a beautiful community pool, fitness room, tennis, basketball, table tennis, games room and movie theater. These are all free when you book with us.

In our home we have cable TV in the lounge and all bedrooms, a stereo, DVD and a PS2 games console. Once you return after a day at the parks and shopping, why not relax in our private pool?

The house looks even better in person. Very clean, comfortable, felt like home away from home. The house had EVERYTHING the kids really enjoyed the heated splash pool!!!Very safe enviroment peaceful at night. I will highly recomended to everyone. Disney is right there along with a whole strip of shopping and restaurants!!! Thank you for letting us stay in your home you really made my family's vacation a memorable one!! We highly recommend the Red Lobster even though they are everywhere the one close by had wonderful service and the food was great. We will be back!

We had a great vacation and would not hesitate to stay at your very comfortable and clean house again. The location was perfect for us since it was very close to Disney and all amenities. The splash pool was great and we were also very close to the club house and the main pool. Thanks again for making your home available to us.

Thanks Gary for providing such a great place for our family to vacation. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and the distance to Disney made it a perfect spot for us.
