Aloha,

This condo is located in the most highly sought building in Waikiki. Foster Tower is conveniently situated directly across from the famous Waikiki Beach on well-known Kalakaua Avenue. Surfing, swimming, sunning, and snorkelling are literally just steps away from the front door of this building. All the amenities and sites of Waikiki are within easy walking distance and bus and trolley lines are only a half-block away. The popular "Cheeseburger in Paradise" restaurant is located right at the front of the building, with Burger King and McDonald's nearby. Fine restuarant dining options are also in the vicinity or a short walk. The Zoo, Kapiolani Park, and even Diamond Head are within walking distance.

This is a well maintained and secure building with a 24/7 doorman. There is a beautiful heated salt-water pool above the parkade and accessible from the building on level 4. A coin laundry facility and a library are on level 2 and a small gym and sauna on level 1. With all the sites of Waikiki within walking distance you hardly need a car. However if you rent a car for some island sightseeing, there is convenient parking a block away in the Banyan Hotel on Kuhio Street for only $10/day or $60/week. There is no on-site parking stall with this condo.

The condo is fully furnished with comfortable furniture. There is a king-size bed, TV, dressers, couch, coffee table, garbage disposal, air conditioning, towels, linen, and a shower-equipped bathroom The kitchen is ideal for those occasions you want to have a quick meal in the unit and is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient pots, pans, and dishes for all your needs.

Save on those annoying hotel resort fees some hotels charge and enjoy life on the beach from this ideally situated condo in beautiful Waikiki.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The location of Foster Tower is ideal, opposite the best swimming beach in Waikiki, near Kapiolani Park for jogging and a stroll away from the International Market Place and the luxury shops of Kalakaua Avenue. The condo was like a home away from home. Nice to wake up to the view. We found it modern, well maintained and fully equipped. Staying there was very relaxing. Even the security staff were helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend it and would like to stay there again in future.

We have just returned from 30 wonderful days spent in your condo. The suite was spotlessly clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The heated salt water pool was amazing and the location of Foster Tower was excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked for 2012.
