Set in a lush, peaceful spot shaded with tall pine trees and other natural Florida vegetation, there is easy access to all the amenities that make a beach vacation perfect for everyone, no matter what age or interest!
ONLY HAPPY DAYS is just a minute walk to either one of the two beautiful community pools or a five minute walk to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf Coast. The Grove also offers tennis, a children’s play area, and walking/biking paths. The popular resort of Seaside is a mile west of Seagrove. There you can find shops with treasures and restaurants with a variety of cuisine's to top off your day.
Beautifully furnished with many decorative 'Out of Africa' touches, the main house of ONLY HAPPY DAYS has an open living area designed for comfortable gatherings, whether you enjoy entertaining or listening to music or watching TV/movies. Many board games, video tapes, DVDs, and books are available for a lazy time of fun and fellowship. The living room sofa is a queen-size sleeper.
The master suite is also on the first floor. It has a king-size bed and lounging area for relaxing with a good book or TV. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower area. The master suite has private access to either the screened-in porch or the back deck, either are perfect for that first morning cup of coffee as you enjoy the natural gulf coast vegetation and tall pine trees that are a trade-mark of the Grove.
The dining room has a large, round table that seats eight for those special meals when the group gathers. The bar adjacent to the dining room seats four for lunch or to accommodate a larger crowd at dinner. There is also a glass dining table that seats six on the screened-in porch for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with many, many extras (we are a family that likes to cook and eat when we are on vacation!) There is a gas grill on the back deck for just the right warm weather barbecue dinner.
*The bright and cheery yellow bedroom upstairs has a queen-size bed and its own private deck.
*The bunk room, decorated brightly with the kids in mind, has a set of bunk beds and a full-size bed.
* Both of these rooms are equipped with TVs. They share a spacious bathroom with double sinks.
The guest house has a charming 'Caribbean' feel. The main room opens up to a screened deck. Sitting on this deck is like being in a tree house on the edge of a pine forest!
Make the sunset on the beach a tradition. There is magic in those blue and orange clouds. Come grab a piece of it. We are always happy when we are at 'Only Happy Days' and know that you will be too!!
