Tastefully decorated with artworks of Belgian and international artists, this spacious and elegant 120 SQM2 2 bedrooms is located in one of the best and safest areas in Brussels : the Brugmann Place. Its restaurants, outdoor bars and boutiques are amongst the most sought after in the city. Banks, supermarkets, dry cleaners, bookstores, grocery stores, pharmacies, butchers, bakeries, fisheries are all within walking distance.

... But far enough to keep safe and quiet. Our elegant and contemporary condo is located in a quiet street giving on the Brugmann Place. Every 5 minutes the typical Belgian tramway takes you to the Grand Place. A bus in front of the building leads you directly to the European Parliament. In a 10 minutes’ walk along a beautiful art deco street with trees you are in the charming bohemian Place du Châtelain or the prestigious Louise Avenue.

A NEW CONDO IN BELGIAN ART DECO STYLE

The Brugmann Place is also famous for its handsome art deco style. In our typical red bricks condo totally refurbished in 2009 you will enjoy this elegant atmosphere while appreciating all the comfort of a new building with concierge, security doors and badges. The apartment itself is full of light and very silent. It is furnished with contemporary pieces of design. It offers all the equipments you may need for your leisure or business stay. After (or before) a busy day you will take a breath on your private terrace. There you will have a relaxing view on the common garden with its trees, lawns and flowerbeds.

A FULL SERVICED APARTMENT

The apartment is provided with A MAID FOR FREE (4 hours/week). More hours/days of cleaning are available on request upon booking.

The twin beds of the second bedroom are convertible into a double bed on request during the booking, not later than 5 days before arrival at the apartment.

QUIET AND ELEGANT APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF IXELLES

The apartment is situated in a newly built housing project in Ixelles, Brussels, with spacious rooms, two large bathrooms, comfortable furniture and a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The immediate surroundings are interesting to walk about in with their mix of shops, restaurants, embassies etc, public transportation is very nearby and takes you everywhere. We left our car in the underground parking of the buildung (at extra charge). The owner was very helpful in answering any questions we had prior to coming, and we were greeted and shown by the property manager without any problems. As much as we liked our stay there, I would not recommend it to families with younger children as the furniture and wallpapers are all in immaculate condition and there could be a risk of damaging something.

Spotless, spacious, quiet, very well equipped apartment in a very good area of Brussels. Easy walks to markets and transportation. The owner responds almost instantly to email inquiries. The apartment is about 15 minutes from Brussels Midi train station making day trips to places like Bruges, Amsterdam or even Cologne possible.

BEAUTIFUL LARGE APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION IN BRUSSELS

This Brugmann Court apartment is everything the listing states and more. It is large, modern, comfortable, very well equipped and in an excellent location a few blocks to a tram stop. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale. Nearby restaurants in Ixelles were excellent. Within 1 1/2 blocks there are grocery stores, pastry shops, butcher, cheese and produce shops, All arrangements were handled efficiently and all questions were answered quickly. The apartment was spotless and a cleaning was done during our 11 day stay. The operation of all the equipment in the apartment was explained and there is a booklet explaining everything. We have done vacation rentals in about 6 countries and this was the best rental we have had so far. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Brussels. We also made side trips to Amsterdam, Bruges and Antwerp and the connection to the Midi train station by tram is quick and easy. Mr. Amaraggi and Ms. Lecompte were very easy to work with on the rental arrangements. Great Apartment.

LOVE TO VACATION

The apartment in Brussels was exceptional. Very clean, all amenities needed to make our stay great. Just a few blocks from the tram which took us into the Grand Place and other places of interest. Plasch Brugmann was a great restaurant as well as an ice cream/hamburger restaurant for a fun meal. Both were easy 2 block walking from the apartment. Supermarket was 3 blocks away. Exceptionally safe area. Aurore was terrific to work with and helped us get situated. Could not ask for a nicer apartment and helpful hosts. Thank you.

REVIEW OF APARTMENT IN IXELLES

We rented this apartment for 6 months while I was researching in Brussels at one of the local universities during a sabbatical leave from my University in Canada. Given the difficulty of finding short-term furnished accommodation in the city for a relatively short period, we decided that renting through VRBO was our best option. Everything was supplied -- (even pay-as-you-go cellphones) -- which meant that we did not have to deal with any of the local utility companies for our needs. The apartment also came with a weekly maid service. It is very clean and modern and in a secure building as described on the website. The location has excellent connections to local bus and tram services to anywhere in the city. A good selection of shops and restaurants is also nearby. Our landlord was always helpful, attentive and courteous.
