With its terrace full of plants overlooking the common garden of 5,000 m2 in the heart of the city, Brugmann Court offers something out of common. Tastefully decorated with artworks of Belgian and international artists, this spacious 120 SQM2 2 bedrooms is located in one of the best and safest areas in Brussels : the Brugman Place. It is the most sought after part of Brussels with its stylish restaurants, outdoor bars and boutiques and its handsome art deco buildings. Stores, pharmacies, butchers, bakeries, fisheries are all within walking distance. From there you can enjoy the shopping and touristic parts of the city without having to suffer from the noise and nuisances usually associated with crowded touristic places.

Our condo is located in a quiet street giving on the Brugman Place. Every 5 minutes the typical Belgian tramway takes you to the Grand Place. A bus in front of the building leads you directly to the European Parliament. In a 10 minutes’ walk along a beautiful art deco street with trees you are in the charming bohemian Place du Châtelain or the prestigious Louise Avenue.
A FULLY EQUIPED APARTMENT IN A NEW BUILDING
Brugman Court is situated at the 2nd floor with lift in a art deco style building constructed in 2009 with high end techniques and materials. So you you will enjoy all the comfort of a perfect acoustic and thermic isolation, central heating, security doors and badges, parquet flooring, ceramic tiles in the bahtrooms, 2 toilets, concierge, premium quality linnens and towels. The apartment is full of light and very quiet. It is fully furnished with contemporary pieces of design. It offers all the equipments you may need for your leisure or business stay.
The apartment, while fully wired is also equipped with Wi-Fi ADSL, Skype phone and a printer-scanner-copier for your office work. For your leisure it offers a large flat screen LED TV with digital television and home cinema, DVD, radio and hi-fi system. A second large flat screen TV completes the master bedroom, also with digital TV. Both TV sets provide plenty of American and international channels. Among others, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and standard coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were not forgotten. In the bathrooms you will find state-of-the art design faucets, Starcq bathtub and showers.

2 twin beds (90 cm) with 2 side tables, lamp by Artemide, 6 drawers, Zarah Home linnens. Doubled curtains and roller screen. The twin beds can be combined in a king size bed (1,80M) on request upon booking.

The twin beds of the second bedroom are convertible into a double bed on request during the booking, not later than 5 days before arrival at the apartment.
For stays of 7 nights or more the apartment is provided with a CLEANING SERVICE (FREE -4 hours/week). More hours/days of cleaning are available on request upon booking (11 EUR/H).
For stays of 7 days or more a parking place is available in the building. Secured access. 15 EUR/DAY.

This apartment was a delight! Lots of open space for relaxing and spreading out. The kitchen very Euro-contemporary as were the bathrooms and scrupulously clean. It was a hideaway for tourists wanting to see the city but also some more local Belgian culture. Old city on the front of the building, beautiful green belt on the back where all the apt buildings in the block backed onto. Quiet, beautiful. One caveat: I didn't examine bedroom/bathroom layout quite as well as I should have before reserving: the second bath consisted of shower and sink just outside the second bedroom door, but the toilet was down the hall! Not the most convenient for night-time visits! We shared this apt with friends (60+) who were very good sports about it, but I felt badly for not checking that out better. Restaurant recommendations were very helpful...neighborhood treats!
Great apartment with all amenities to feel like at home. Everything went smooth, from email exchange before booking, to arrival, stay and departure . Advantage is parking (payable) in the building. Will come back again

This is a sophisticated apartment in an urbane neighborhood a Tram way from all your touristic
and cultural sights and activities.
This apartment surpassed our expectations. Its location (undeniably one of the loveliest areas of Brussels and a mere stone's throw from the fashionable, upmarket Place Brugmann replete with cafés, delicatessens, bank and an established bookshop!) as well as the flat's layout (a true chef's kitchen, open lounge, two good sized bedrooms, meticulous bathrooms - all make this the perfect place to stay for business or leisure in Brussels. Everything is so thoughtfully set up by the owners and no detail sacrificed. I could not recommend more highly.
The apartment is perfectly situated in Brussels Ixelles area. The apartment is spotless, the linens are beautiful and the owner and manager were kind and so easy to work with to arrange our accommodation. The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable. All the conveniences of home.. wifi- printer and Maurice provides two international phones for your use. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you could possibly need and it has a washer and dryer so you can pack light for your trip. We used the apartment as a home base while we toured Ghent, Bruges, Brussels, Paris and Austria. I would recommend paying the additional money for the parking space so that you don't have to look for parking on the street at night or worry about moving the parking disc. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Thank you Maurice and Francoise for your kind assistance during our European adventure.
The apartment is situated in a newly built housing project in Ixelles, Brussels, with spacious rooms, two large bathrooms, comfortable furniture and a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The immediate surroundings are interesting to walk about in with their mix of shops, restaurants, embassies etc, public transportation is very nearby and takes you everywhere. We left our car in the underground parking of the buildung (at extra charge). The owner was very helpful in answering any questions we had prior to coming, and we were greeted and shown by the property manager without any problems. As much as we liked our stay there, I would not recommend it to families with younger children as the furniture and wallpapers are all in immaculate condition and there could be a risk of damaging something.
Place Brugman withs its sophisticated boutiques, restaurants and bars. Avenue Louise and its shopping centers and international boutiques, restaurants, cinemas, art galleries at 10'. Place du Châtelain with its bohemian its bars, restaurants and famous fresh open air market at 5' walk. Grand-Place at 15'. Sablon and its antiques at 15'. Bois de la Cambre and its recreational area and Forêt de Soignes at 10' walk. Several charming small parks around.
