Great getaway weekend!

My boyfriend, I, and our border collie all drove down from Baltimore to spend a weekend at this chalet. Tom was very quick about responding to email, providing directions/instructions, and returing the security deposit via PayPal. Staying at the house itself was a wonderful experience--it is well-stocked(pots, pans, dishes, spices, coffee grinder/maker, etc.) and well-kept (very clean, except for a few rogue lady bugs hanging around!).
There is a lot of space and can easily sleep many more people than just us two--we felt bad for not using the other two bedrooms! As stated by the owners in the contract and mentioned by other reviewers, only one towel set is provided per guest which is perfectly reasonable but nice to know up front--we brought some extra to use for the hot-tub. Also, only bar soap was provided so it was a good thing we were prepared and brought our own shampoo, etc.! The hot-tub takes a while to heat up, so make sure you turn it on early--and you'll want to because there is nothing better than spending a night looking at the stars or looking over the lovely views during the day from the hot tub! The screened-in porch is also amazing--all the views but none of the bugs! The internet is a little slow, but obviously that won't really matter because who wants to waste time online when you're in the beautiful house in this amazing location?
All in all, a wonderful experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks again, Tom & Gail!
