Notes: The main floor features an open dining room and living room. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including oven, microwave and fridge with ice-maker / filtered water. There is also front loading laundry facilities, access to the double garage and a bedroom/office (WIFI included). Exiting from the kitchen you step out into a large private, fenced lot. There is a deck, BBQ, Hot-tub and children's play center as well. The second floor has a large bonus room. First bedroom has a queen set with closet, end table and dresser/mirror. Second bedroom has a bunk bed with double bottom and twin top. There is a full bathroom as you walk toward the third bedroom. Master bedroom contains a beautiful king set with 50 inch HD TV, full cable, DVD and ensuite. Ensuite has two sinks, jetted jacuzzi tub for two and shower. The basement level is completely finished. There is a double bed with dresser, closet and TV as well as a full bathroom with custom features.

Me and my family enjoyed an excellent two weeks here in December 2012. The house is just as seen on the website. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or relative.There was a mall within walking distance which we used on several occasions for shopping and eating out. An excellent Italian restaurant which we visited called Amici's, food and atmosphere couldn't be faulted. Everything we wanted to do was within easy driving range, ice skating and skiing etc. This is a great house, we could easily have stayed longer.

My son and I rented this home while our home was having insurance work done. It's stressful enough to move out of your house with all the belongings you think you'll need, but knowing you can't go back to retrieve anything was worse. This home was fully equipped, comfortable, on a very quiet street and close to any amenity imaginable. It was a part of town that we had never visited and we've been back twice since. Not only was the house spotless, it was fully equipped and had a hot tub! Such a bonus. I've since recommended this rental property to my insurance company for all the families that they usually put in hotels... it was so much better!! Highly recommended for anyone!

The house accommodated everyone well with three full baths and a half bath, lots of beds, futons and mats. The open concept was great for visiting. Good location to access airport and major Calgary driving routes. Bring your GPS to find the house though - Calgary street namers are notoriously unimaginative. They pick a name then add Bay, Way, Street, Drive, Boulevard, Crescent, Grove, Lane, .... you get the idea! The home owner is in Calgary and responded immediately to questions and concerns.

Something for everyone! This home has it all. The hot tub for those inclined, a lovely living and dining area, superb kitchen (fully equipped), BBQ, bedrooms and bath again fully equipped and plenty of space for everyone. We were in Calgary to celebrate a family wedding and to see people that we had not in 30 years. It was great to be able to have a home base that was convenient to all the sites of Calgary, especially downtown and yet only 1 1/2 hours from the beauty of Banff and the Rockies. Our shopping princess was delighted with the malls, our hiker/climber was over the moon with the challenges,our runner got some in some great training runs, our workaholic was able to stay in touch via WiFi and the children were able to be children, enjoying the yard, the local parks and wow, you should have seen their faces when they saw the toys! Darren could not have been more accommodating and cooperative for which we are very grateful. This is a clean, inviting home with all the amenities and convenient to anything you wish to see or do in the Calgary area. I will recommend this home to anyone that I know.

We recently planned a trip to Calgary to attend a family wedding. I had heard about the possibility of renting a home for a week and was very pleased when I easily found a home to sleep the 12 members of my family who were planning to stay in the city. Three couples with 2 children each were very comfortable in the spacious home. It was also very economical to be able to share the costs with the others and we were happy to enjoy our meals in the comfort of a home. Everything we needed was provided including excellent laundry facilities, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, wifi, linens,a great play area for the younger children and a beautiful hot tub for the adults. I would definitely look for this type of accomodations in my future travel plans.
