We have furnished the kitchen with Gourmet Coffee for your arrival. We have menus of the best local restaurants and would be happy to assist you in making reservations. We are within walking distance (couple of blocks) to Whiskey Row and the historic downtown district in Prescott, and 1/2 block from beautiful historic Park Ave.
Be sure to request any special needs that you might have in advance and we will do our best to accomodate you. We are pet friendly, and there is a pet fee of an additional $50.00.

The Artist's Loft is a separate unit from the owners' home and is totally private. The Artist's Loft has a private entrance and is equipped with all of the amenities of home.

The Cottage and Terrace are located in the historic home district and are amazingly close to all the great activites, art studios, restaurants, bars and shopping in the Historic downtown square. The street appeal of this property is fantastic, and our reviews for owning the property for less than 6 months have been outstanding. All units are pet friendly.
Our latest addition is our own HOME! That is right. My wife adores our 2 grand daughters, so we purchased a 2nd home in Fresno, California, so we can be close to our family. Therefore, we will be renting our Historic home built in 1923, which was totally remodeled from the studs up (new electrical, new plumbing, new gourmet kitchen appliances, new tile and bath fixtures, new wood windows, granite counters, new paint, flooring...I think you get the idea). Essentially this bungalow home has the rich historic look outside with brand new and updated look inside. We have 4 flat screen TVs (50', 37', 27' and 12' under counter mount) throughout the house. Gourmet kithcen, two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, family room, dining room and den. The front porch is a perfect way to relax and get lazy on the porch swing. The rear patio is nested in the boulders and pine trees and is a picture right out of Sunset Magazine. When you stay at our Historic upscale home, I guarantee you, that you will not want to go back to your home.
Whether you stay at The Artisit's Loft, The Cottage, The Terrace, The Townhouse and starting in November our Historic Home, your hosts will be Larry & Deni Schmidt, and of course, Bonner, our 220 + pound dog.
