3 Bedroom Saltbox with Screened-in Porch and upper deck located off of the Master Bedroom situated on the west side of Frye Island. Enjoy a 5 minute ferry ride to access the Island which is located in the middle of Sebago Lake, 25 minutes from downtown Portland.

Enjoy incredible sunsets and outstanding views of the White Mountains & Mt Washington while relaxing in our updated 3 bedroom one back cottage. You are minutes from the Islands' Long Beach recreational area where you can enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters while relaxing on a sandy beach or put in your boat, canoe, kayak, or jet ski at the marina, or you can visit any of the other 12 secluded beaches on the island. Walk, ride your bike or drive over to the local general store or cafe for ice cream, supplies, dinner or drinks. Bring your clubs and play on Frye Island's challenging nine hole golf course after which you can enjoy a beverage at the Frye island Club House, which overlooks the course. The island offers amenities such as basketball courts, tennis courts, in-ground pool, playgrounds, Community Center and more.
