Newly furnished luxury 4 bedroom/3 bath home -- complete with spacious kitchens with all the modern conveniences, 2 beautiful MASTER SIZE bedroom suites, comfortable living/dining room area, PRIVATE POOL, spa and more. 10 minutes from Disney World and 4 minutes to Champions Gate Golf Courses. The Interstate I-4 is only 1 mile from the Villa giving quick and easy access to all the other attractions in the Central Florida area. For your shopping needs: There is a CVS Pharmacy about 3 minutes away and a Publix grocery right across the CVS for quick items, and then just 8 minutes away is Memorial Highway which has many dinning options, stores and all conveniences you could want. Also Disney World is only 10 minutes away so going to the park for a few hours and then heading home to swim and enjoy the pool, and eat, then head back to the park in the evening which is VERY convenient.

Owners Ken and Stella (parle francais) were Disney Cast Members and can share all the tips about avoiding line-ups . They will be happy to also customize a list of the best Disney attractions and rides especially for your family.

Enough room for two (2) families to share and still have some privacy. After your stay here, you would find it very difficult to stay at any hotel again. To have the space and privacy of your own pool with spa and to have the amenities such as a stove, washer & dryer are well worth it. You would really find the location to be very easy to get to and convenient to everything.

Safe and nice neighborhood: Reunion and Celebrations Resorts nearby. Easy access to I-4, shopping, dining and numerous golf courses. Dowtown Orlando is only 30 minutes away.

About Stella

Having purchased this rental property is a dream come true for our family.... Our love for Disney started many years ago when we (Ken and Stella) met as Disney Cast members. Our hope is that in a few years we will be able to retire, in the beautiful State of Florida!

Wow! We have stayed in the Sandy Ridge Community 4 times prior to this stay. and found this property to be the Best by far. The home was clean, comfortable, (especially the beds) and nicely furnished. Stella answered all emails promptly and even called upon arrival to make sure that we were pleased with the rental. I look forward to returning to Disney and staying at this wonderful home.

We would definately stay here again! Comfortable, clean and very convenient location. It was a great place for our family to come "home" to after fun and exhausting days at Disney World. Stella was extremely helpful with any question in her quick responses by email. The entire rental experience made our vacation wonderful!!

Wonderful vacation week!

My husband, 11 month old daughter and I stayed in Stella and Ken's vacation villa for one week in November. My only complaint is addressed to myself: we should have booked 2 weeks (at least!) ;-).

The villa is conveniently located nearby the I4, which means all the Theme Parks and shopping malls are only short drive away. The house is really nice, especially the bedrooms, they are very spacious. And all rooms have a TV. The pool was wonderful! Our daughter enjoyed herself so much, and because of the pool heat she could swim at any time of the day.
We did encounter a minor problem upon arrival but that was very quickly picked up and resolved by the owner Stella and the property manager Mike which was great!

I also loved the fact that my vacation began before I arrived. We talked to Stella on the phone a few weeks before our arrival and she gave us all her tips regarding the area and especially Disney. As a former cast member she knows what she is talking about!

If you are looking for a good and affordable villa, you have just found it!

Thank you Stella! We hope to be back in a couple of months!

Hi Stella,

Just a word to let you know how much fun we had in Orlando. Other than a few minor problems, that you resolved in a better than expected time frame, we were more than satisfied with the house. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything required for cooking, sleeping, cleaning and bathing. The beds were more comfortable than our own at home. We would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Stay at Disney

This house was the perfect location for our trip to Disney. We had my family of 6 and my parents so the two master suites were perfect for the eight of us to have our own space. The master beds are so comfortable! The house was clean and the property well taken care of. The pool has a small hot tub with it, that was nice to relax in after walking miles at the Disney Parks. The neighbor hood is very relaxed and quiet. My 4-year-old asked on the third day if we could just take this house home with us when we left!

Stella is wonderful to work with. She spent time sending me documents of the must see attractions at Disney and helped focus on the age groups that I was bringing down. She spent an hour on the phone assisting me with great tricks and tips of getting through the long lines and what shoes are must see's. I couldn't thank her enough for her time and effort to provide us with a great place to stay and helpful information. Her response times were excellent, and even replied while we were there asking for area golf courses.

I cannot recommend a better place for anyone to stay near Disney.
