Guestbook comments from the owner

What a beautiful home. It had everything we needed and then some. The only thing missing was a few more days. We enjoyed the parks, fishing, the gorgeous views, watching and feeding the deer, and just chilling. Last night we enjoyed s'mores and the sky was amazing. Thank you for providing a great place for our family to enjoy some vacation time.

P.S. The women in the group really noticed and appreciated how organized you are!

Comfortable and quiet cabin in the pines

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed staying at Bristlecone Lodge with some of our family. The location was the best thing about this cabin. It is close to so many trails we loved exploring. We also enjoyed Zion National Park and Brian Head Ski Resort. The clean and comfortable cabin was a great central location to come back to each evening. We also loved the fireplace. Susan answered any questions we had and our last minute booking went very smoothly. We would love to visit here again.

A lovely home base for exploring

  • 5 of 5

This house is lovely and it was a great place for us to call home we we explored both Bryce and Zion. Easy to locate, well-equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed a fire and a movie each night and slept well after long days of hiking. Would definitely recommend this place. Susan was incredibly responsive to my initial inquiry and everything provided was just as described in the listing.

Wonderful cabin to relax

  • 5 of 5

We arrived in the evening hours. The home is easy to find. Upon entering we knew it was going to be a magnificent experience. My husband immediately went to work on the wood burning fireplace, which by the way, was one of the main reasons we rented this cabin. They are becoming harder and harder to find. We observed how clean and tidy the cabin was and how detail oriented the owners are when it comes to instructions to using the home. This cabin is definitely a custom build - let me put it this way, a lot of money was put into the cabin. My husband and I are going to book this cabin in the next month because we miss it so much...

Best,

Jo-Ellan

P.S. The owners have put out at least a cord of wood so all can enjoy reading a great book by the fire!

Beautiful cabin

Everything was perfect and beatiful! It was clean and very comfortable. My son who is just 3 years old was going in every room saying how beautiful the house is. The cabin is on a small hill which was perfect for sledding with the kids.

Perfect Place for a Perfect Thanksgiving

  • 4 of 5

Wow! What a great place for a Thanksgiving weekend. The cabin is clean and nicely decorated. The surroundings are beautiful but going for a morning run can be hard in the thin mountain air. The kitchen had everything we needed (except paper towels and enough foil but we made it work so no big deal) for our Thanksgiving feast. Plenty of cookware and space for a lot of cooks. The common areas had enough room for all 10 adults to play games, watch movies, read and relax. All the beds were comfortable with the exception of the futon (of course) which is best for children, not adults. We will come back. Thanks, Susan for making it so easy.
