The house has been completely updated with granite kitchen counters, new kitchen cabinets, updated baths, crown molding,ect.. The house has a wood burning stone fireplace(wood supplied) 20+- ceiling height in living and dinning rooms.

The house comes with Beech Mountain membership which includes full membership privileges;private par 72 golf course, elevated driving range,10 clay tennis courts, heated pool, clubhouse with full service restaurant, fully equipped gym, tot lot, day camp with club sponsored trips. The club facilities are within 2 miles of the house.

The ski beech slopes are located about a mile from the house. With outdoor ice skating and the highest elevated slopes in the area.

The pond creek trail is adjacent to the house that is a 1 mile easy hike along roaring streams and waterfalls to Lake Coffey. Beyond Lake Coffey is the Lower Pond creek trail that is a intermediate trail for the above average hiker.

What a wonderful stay at this Charming Chalet!

Absolutely charming, cozy chalet on running creek. I felt like we were staying in a rainforest! Spent a girls' week with our daughters. Had a great time hiking right off the property down Pond Creek Trail. The chalet is located near Town, Fred's General and Beech Mtn Club & the Beech Mtn Resort. A perfect location! We even had a deer visit us each morning as we sat by the creek having our coffee. I would say that the chalet is even larger than the pictures show. We want to go back to ski with our husbands and families.It's so close to the ski slopes! Will rent from them again!

We stayed for a weekend at Waterworld. There is an amazing creek running next to the property. Very convenient to all Beech amenities. Look forward to going back.
