Centrally located on Florida's East Coast comfortable four bedroom home in a quiet family neighborhood. Fully furnished and appointed with laundry, large lanai, shaded back yard, two living areas and a dining room that seats up to ten people. Sleeps up to eight people comfortably. Split bedroom design En suite master bedroom with a queen Sleep Number bed and HDTV with DVD seperate from other bedrooms. One bedroom with a new queen size bed and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. Just bring your toothbrush, clothes and food, all else is provided. New fully remodeled kitchen and appliances

Two HDTVs one with BluRay DVD WiFi compatable. Secure internet with WiFi access and a computer available for your use. ESPN, FOX, CNN, Speed, & 100's more.

Close to shopping (grocery 2 blocks),Walmart, speciality shops and many eating establishments(sports bars to fine dining), public golf course (4 blocks), Wickham Park and the King Center (1/2 mile). The Melbourne Zoo, two shopping malls, Historice downtown Melbourne and the several beaches are within 15 minutes.

Other attractions: Orlando activities 1 1/2 hours, Daytona Beach 1 hour, Historic St Augustine 1 1/2 hours, Kennedy Space Center 45 minutes, Orlando airport 1 hour, Melbourne airport 15 minutes.

Great House - would stay again.

This house is all it's advertised to be. It has a central kitchen with new appliances that's open to the family room. There are four good size bedrooms. Plenty of room to spreadout. This house is well taken care of and in a good neighborhood. I walked around the block several times - all well cared for properties in a safe area. Only about 15 minutes to the beautiful Melbourne beaches. There's a grocery store and a CVS a couple of minutes away that is very convenient. It's about 30 minutes or less to the Kennedy Space center and Cocoa Beach Pier areas. There are near by air boat rides to see the alligators too - we took some great photos. We did day trips to Disney and Universal from here easily. We were two couples - sisters and husbands - vacationing together and found this house to be a great find for us. The house is plenty big enough for families with children too. The owners are very nice and caring people. Our security deposit was returned promptly. I highly recommend renting this house.

Great House

We have stayed at many RVBO properties, and this is one of the best. No surprises. The house is a bit older, but all the appliances and furniture are updated and high quality. It is very well equipped and the owner is very helpful and provides complete instructions on every aspect of the rental. The neighbourhood is quiet yet quite close to shops and a few pubs, and is not far from the beach at all. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Great way to combine work and relaxation

A wonderful rental! We stayed there while working with colleagues at FIT. Your rental was a wonderful home away from home - at a reasonable price - for the three out-of-towners in the research group. We found the property large enough and designed in a way that gave each of us privacy. It provided a spacious and relaxing atmosphere and we were particularly pleased to connect with a bit of nature in the back yard and screened patio. We were appreciative of the wireless internet connection, as well - we felt like we had it all!

We were a short drive from the campus for meetings there, and also felt good about having ample room to invite the rest of the team in for an organizational session, and to meet with several additional graduate students over a potluck meal! The listing was accurate and the rental's appearance and amenities were exactly as described. The property was clean and well-maintained, and Kurt was readily available by phone and most helpful.
