Kingston is an oceanfront five star gated resort. This condo is a 1250 sq ft vacation oasis located in Canterbury Court with private parking. Beautifully furnished with a beach theme and bright sunny colors throughout. This unit has a king in the master, and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, queen sleeper/sofa in living room. Relax on the screened porch as you enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. All linens & towels are provided however you may want to bring beach towels. There is parking in front of the building. It is a short 3 - 5 minute walk on a beautiful sunny day to the beach. On site for a small fee - Sport & Health Club with: lighted Tennis Courts, Badmitten, Racquetball Courts, and Aerobic classes, Cardio equipment & Weight machines, Indoor pool, outdoor pool & Sauna, Jacuzzi, FREE TIME WARNER WIFI
You have access to two pools one of which is ocean front.
There is also a Tiki bar & outdoor cafe located here. Try the Fisheye Grill for lunch on the 2nd floor of the Embassy Suite bldg overlooking the ocean - outdoor seating available. There is a fishing pier a short walk down the beach with a cafe & Arcadian Shores Golf Course across the street from the main gate. The full-time golf staff will be happy to book tee times and give tips on preferred rates.
Our unit was totally remodeled in Sept of 2012. My property is available for the time frame you requested. Our price includes ALL the bed linens, bath towels. We have flat screen TV's and DVD players in each bedroom as well as the living room and we also have Time Warner HDTV in the unit. HBO and HBO on demand are also in the unit.
You will notice that I charge for cleaning, and a damage deposit or damage insurance. Sometimes people do not understand why we charge these fees. My rent is typically 30% - 40% less than when you reserve the same type of unit with Kingston Plantation directly. We do not have the standard 'condo' furniture package. We have decorated and furnished this unit with things that we have in our same home. Our unit does not look like a vacation rental property and we do not rent to just anyone. We go to great lengths to make sure our condo is as comfortable as possible and has all of the things we would want when renting a vacation condo.
We do 'not' charge the $8.99 per day facility fee that Kingston Charges. We have Time Warner HD Cable with high end TV's and DVD players. We also provide 'Fast' free wireless high speed internet (Time Warner Road Runner), unlike the very slow and pricey internet available on the plantation that they charge $10 a day for. You can easily stream movies from your electronic devices, something that you cannot do with the plantation internet.
I charge taxes because it is the law and people who do not are running a great risk of being caught and penalized. I am not willing to take that chance.
I charge a cleaning fee because I have a cleaning lady that cleans the unit throughly and she only cleans my unit and is not in and out quickly like most rental places. I charge you exactly what I pay her.
We believe that Kingsotn Plantation is the nicest and cleanest resort in Myrtle Beach. It is a gated secure resort with roving security and is very family oriented.
Our condo is on the second floor of a two story building. It is located in Canterbury Court.
Our kitchen is stocked with a crock pot, quesadilla maker, blender, coffee maker, waffle iron, and many extra things.

You can either pay a $200 refundable damage deposit or buy damage insurance for $49 for up to $1,500 in accidental damage. I include the insurance in my quote but if you would rather pay a damage deposit just let me know.
We are located close to Restaurant Row - some of our favorite restaurants are Cagneys, Rossis, Carrabbas, Bonefish, and Finn McCools (best peel & eat shrimp anywhere). Take in some of the entertainment that is only a 5-15 minute drive away: Barefoot Landing & Tanger Outlet - shopping, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, Broadway at the Beach, Nascar, Ripley's Aquarium and many more.
A deposit is required to make the reservation. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival date. You will find our rates SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the resorts charges. If you choose to provide a damage/security deposit it will be refunded within 3 days of departure/inspection. If you choose the damage insurance, it is nonrefundable since it is a fee.
