This unit was perfectly described! Everything was exactly as expected about our stay. The owner obviously knows what he's doing and is quick to respond to questions. The beds were firm, but comfortable, the unit was clean and well maintained, and as stated in previous reviews, the extras were very nice additions to the rental. The owner was easy to work with and gave us an instruction sheet that outlined all of the important information that we needed for our stay. My favorite part was the keyless entry lock. We never had to remember a key because the room opened with a 4 digit code. The only thing I didn't like was that the balcony was right next to the lower floor neighbor's balcony, which took away from the privacy, but it was not really an issue. Overall, I highly recommend this unit!
