We came into town for a full Bourbon trail experience. It was the perfect location, and perfect set up for 6 adults. We loved having our own bathrooms and our own spaces in the house. The location is right near lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and everything we needed. Jim was exceptional. He responded to every question we had, and did everything to make us feel at home. If you are even considering this place, hit book now. You will not be disappointed!
This is the second time staying at this great find. Everything was perfect; the house was clean and well maintained. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need for a short term stay. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and small appliances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with plenty of towels. Beds are very comfortable. WiFi is provided and we easily logged in with our phones and laptops. The neighborhood is a nice, quiet, family setting yet stores, gas stations, and restaurants are within a five minute drive. There is even a fenced in back yard. The owner is very accessible and easy to work with. This is so much nicer than staying in a hotel. We'll be back!!
I have stayed at this property several times and I have never been disappointed. The location is convenient and the property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lexington visiting relatives.

Stayed here for the second time and again found the home to be perfect. Located in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood away from the hustle of the business community yet within a mile of numerous restaurants, service stations, and a huge grocery store. The 15 plus restaurants in the area range from all the popular fast food to high end sit down with everything in between. The fact that it is within a couple miles of the freeway makes it easy to get wherever you’re going. The house itself is even better then advertised. It is so well maintained that each time we walked in it looked like a home that had never been lived in. Very clean and well stocked, it has everything we needed. The fact that each bedroom has its own private bath was a big plus as was the attached garage. Jim Ford that manages the property is available and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return next year.
This was one of my best experiences renting thru VRBO. Really great house, nice fenced in back yard. The owner went above and beyond my expectations. Would book again.
