Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2, possibly 3)

Located on a coveted street and neighborhood, this unit has been completely remodeled. 50' flat- screen TV in the living room with HD DirecTv with DVR, DVD and high speed,wireless internet.

This is a 2 bedroom, top floor unit in a 6 unit, secure building. The second bedroom is set up as an office/Den room with a smaller flat screen TV and a new love seat, style sofa, that makes into a full bed.

The laundry is shared with 3 other units. There is a small patio to sit and enjoy the view.

Noe Valley/Mission Dolores is known for having the best micro-climates in the city. Public transportation is only 50' away from the entrance to the building. Convenience, location and views are what it is all about. Walk to Noe Valley, The Mission, or The Castro.

Many top noted, restaurants, cafes, bars, and markets are all within walking distance.

Dogs may be permitted. Sorry, no cats or kitties. Minimum one month rental.

My husband and I rented the apartment and we ended up staying almost 8 months. The experience has been great. The apartment is a dream. It's a penthouse which means that besides having windows in all four sides of the apartment and thus, having plenty of light and sun all day long, you have no neighbors upstairs making the apartment very quite and private. The apartment is extremely well-maintained and very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the owners provide enough linens and towels. And the view from the apartment is spectacular: you have downtown San Francisco at your feet!
