Lake Champlain is a wonderful recreational resource for boating, fishing, etc. A public boat launch is 5 minutes away. The Lake has become a favorite regular fishing hotspot for major national bass tournaments although many other fresh water species are also very common.
This house is a beautiful, well-kept, 1933-vintage Cape with the rental unit on the first floor. Only your party occupies the dwelling.
The original kitchen enjoyed a complete remodeling and expansion to become a spacious, airy and open eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets and ceramic tile. Persian rugs accent each room where the original red cedar hardwood floors have been restored.
The bathroom was recently completely remodeled and has a new, vintage-style pedestal sink, wainscoting, handicapped accessible shower and heated ceramic-tiled floor.
The sun porch was completely renovated in 2011 to include new carpeting, birch wainscoting, an accented chair rail and the 12-pane windows were sanded and repainted.
Accommodations: approximately 1,800 square feet of living space: 2 bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen is complete with a full-size refrigerator, stove, double oven (1 convection), coffee maker, microwave and toaster along with cookware, utensils and dining ware.

There is ample parking for a few cars and one garage space is available if desired.
