Deposits should be made out to MEYER REALTY INC and mailed to: Eileen Meyer, 69 Garnet Place, Destin, FL 32541. A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit check.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Leaser will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should the leaser be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter's security deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $50.00. If the time period reserved cannot be re-rented, then the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.
HURRICANE EVACUATION POLICY: Full refunds for days not used will be given in the event of a Hurrican Evacuation.
