Our lovely home, Sandcastle Paradise, enjoys ocean views to the most beautiful beach in the world (in our humble opinion). The beach is car-free and quiet, and it is steps away along a private, secluded walkway. Our little community has a pool (right outside the door) and tennis courts. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. This is a perfect spot for families, couples, snowbirds or anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Sandcastle Paradise is located in the Sea Dunes Development of New Smyrna Beach. It has over 1,800 square feet, an airy floor plan, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with eat-in granite island, chef's sink and beach mural-painted walls, a washer and dryer, two porches facing the ocean, a grill, full linens, a garage and a private driveway. It is a beautiful, welcoming home. Our family, the original owners, live less than an hour away. We care deeply about our guests, and we are always available to make your stay perfect.

Things to Do: Looking for a day off from the beach? We can direct you to the local haunts for fresh fish, the best French bread or hearty Italian food. We know when the art festivals and farmers' markets are going on, and where the local band is playing this weekend.

Consider a day trip to St. Augustine, 1.5 hours north along a scenic, beach-front drive, to visit the oldest city in the United States. Or drive 1.5 hours southwest to visit Disney World, Universal Studios (including the new Harry Potter park!) or Sea World. Cape Canaveral, home of the Kennedy Space Center and site of spacecraft launches, is only one hour south. And just 20 minutes north is the world-famous Daytona Beach International Speedway.

We've been residents of central Florida for many decades, and we're happy to recommend to our guests other entertainment, restaurant and activity options to suit your tastes!

We stayed over Thanksgiving Break. Although the weather was cold and windy we had a wonderful time! Anita made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 10 people with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner! The kids only wished the pool was heated!

We absolutely loved this beach house! A terrific family place with tons of amenities. Anita is a gracious hostess and she has furnished this home with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the decor is nicely updated and very clean. The beach is beautiful and not so crowded as other areas. The pool feels like your own private spot most of the time. Our party included a 17 yr old, 14 yr old, 9 yr old and 2 yr old. Everyone including grandma had a great time. We were extremely impressed with Sandcastle Paradise and hope to get back again! Loved it!!!!

Sandcastle Paradise was the perfect beach getaway! The house is amazing and comes with everything you need for a week or weekend at the beach. Super spacious and a lovely deck outside of the living room with plenty of room to sit and relax. You are just steps from the beach! The bedrooms and living areas are extremely spacious as well. Great for a girls weekend or any getaway! Anita is super helpful and her home is amazing!
