Walk 100 feet to the Beach, located in the wonderful town of Cayucos with some wonderful restaurants, pier, gift shops, and wine tasting.
A short drive north along the Central Coast on Highway 1, you will be in the quaint village of Cambria and a little further north is Hearst Castle.
South on Highway 1 you will be in Morro Bay. Located on the Embarcadero: Charter Fishing, Whale Watching, Sailing and you can even Charter a Yacht with it’s gourmet cook for your special event.
Why the Owner Chose Cayucos: We have vacationed in Cayucos for many years, since both of our daughters were very young. We have always loved the quaintness of Cayucos. There is something very special about this last little beach town on the coast of California.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo: The most awesome view of the Pacific from the living area and deck make this a special place to vacation.
My husband graduated from Cal Poly. We have loved the central coast, but found it difficult to find employment, hence the vacation rental. We live in the valley and when the condo is vacant we do enjoy spending time in Cayucos. Cayucos was our favorite vacation spot when our two daughters lived at home.
We bought this property because of the location. Great beach access as well as being in the hub-bub of downtown Cayucos.
Just a few miles south of Morro Bay you will be in the college town of San Luis Obispo. All the typical amenities are available here, including movie theaters, incredible restaurants and some wonderful gift shops and shopping.
East to Paso Robles and you will find multiple world-class wineries, many offering daily wine tasting of amazing, award winning Central Coast varieties. In the County of San Luis Obispo wineries abound so plan to explore the entire county if this is your area of interest.
All of these activities are available to you year around, as our weather is near perfect by most people’s standards.
Other Activities: shopping, kayaking, boating
