Perfect!
Our family just stayed there and we had the perfect vacation. Just steps to the gorgeous Falmouth Main Street with beautiful shops and excellent restaurants (Anejo and Roobar were are staples). The house is pristine and you can fit 8-10 people comfortably (my 6 year old loved the Master Bedrooms Closet!). The backyard table and seating as well as the 2nd floor balcony were so relaxing. We had fun playing basketball in the driveway at the end of most days. Just a great destination. The Surf Drive Beach is walkable but it's not the best beach (very windy, water murky). We spent a few days at Old Silver Beach which was beautiful and about a 15 minute drive. We took a longer day trip (35 minutes) up to Craigville Beach in Centerville which was beautiful. We took a trip to the Vineyard via the Ferry out of Falmouth Marina about 2 miles away. A day exploring Woods Hole via the trolley ($2 each way) with my 6 year old was fun as we hit the Marina information center and the aquarium (free, donations suggested). As for nightlife Anejo always had a good crowd, Roobar was fun, a Sunday trip to Woods Hole at Landfall was fun (very young) and Grumpy's is within walking distance and is a fun dive bar that has pool, darts and a live band most nights.
All in all a very fun trip and a perfect cape destination. This house was a great home base for us to enjoy the area. 5 Stars!!

Owner's Response: Like all ocean beaches, the wind and weather plays a factor in the conditions for that day.
Falmouth has the advantage of offering both, south facing ocean beaches, west facing ocean beaches and fresh water beaches that you can choose from depending on the conditions of that day.
