Photos and Description of the Chantillac vacation barn rental
Three lovely gites which sleep 29 in total, 2 x4 bedroom barns and a 3 bedroom barn all with individual stone patios with furnished gardens and a pool. The village of Chevanceaux is a 10 min walk away with an outdoor swimming pools. There is a good variety of local shops, a bar and a restaurant. There is a nine hole golf course in the next village plus good quality carp fishing and 3 lovely beaches 10 minutes away. jonzac with its great indoor swimming complex is only a 20min drive away.

This beautifully converted barn is one of three holiday homes with great views over the sunflower fields. There is a large pool with sun loungers etc. The local village of Chevanceaux is only a 10 minute walk away and has many of the required amenities to provide a great holiday. There is a variety of local shops plus a bar and recommended restaurant "Le grain du sel". There is also an open air swimming pool and local fishing. In the summer there are bustling evening markets. The local towns of Mondendre and Montguyon are accessible by car and both have restaurants, bars, large supermarkets and evening markets. Local activities include cycling, fishing, swimming, sightseeing, shopping, wine tasting, a safari park, canoeing and a local beach.

Bedroom 1 with king size bed on the ground floor with a full en-suite bathroom inc large shower and jaquzzi. A patio door opens onto the front garden, a lovely place for tea or a glass of vino . Bedroom 2 double bed. Bedroom 3 twin beds. Bedroom 4 with bunk beds which sleep 3. 2 cots available. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 is also accessible from the lounge with large Jacuzzi bath and separate large shower, wc and sink. Bathroom has a separate Jacuzzi bath and a large multifunctional shower including a radio and various jet selections. Fully kitted out modern kitchen with cooker, hob, 2 fridges(beer and wine fridge) a freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Open area living space downstairs which includes a solid oak table which would comfortably sit 10 plus a lounge which has an original 400 year old fire place with log burner. Upstairs there is a gallery lounge with a TV, DVD, Playstation, games and double sprung sofa bed. the barn has wifi and sky tv.
